  • Is it bad to sleep too long?

    We all know the feeling. I'm a sophomore in college now, I didn't get much sleep in high school on average only about 6 hours. In class I learned something about a thing called "sleep debt" where your body tries to get the hours lost back then, now. But I have also heard that oversleeping can be bad for you.
