Between 'sex' and the term 'sexual relations' I thought they were the same thing?

He always tells me to tell him the truth, and for the most part I do (I do tell the occasional white lie honestly) But when it's something that is very important, like whether I'm fooling around with anyone else, I tell him the truth and I implore that I've been faithful (and I have) but he doesn't believe me..he often accuses me of lying or messing around and I'm not sure what to do? I fear that him thinking I'm a lie and a cheat is changing how he sees me as a person

But then i noticed some pain during urination, so i took a test and found out i had a urinary tract infection..went to the doctor, prescribed me some antibiotics/pain pills and I've finished taking them all just a few days ago..but I still feel a sharp pain in the entrance of my vagina if I've been sitting down for a while, or I stand up and start walking around I feel it even more! I don't have any itching or white discharge so I don't think I have a yeast infection..what could it be?

I often use lubricant during intercourse, but the last time I was intimate (2 days ago..before that, it was about a monthq)I had light bleeding during, and my vagina has been very sore and irritated since...I'm thinking maybe I wasn't 'warmed up' enough..? I have also noticed a light brown/tan discharge from my clitoris..could I possibly have a UTI?

I've been on the pill for 5 days, but before then i was off the pill for 2-3 weeks..had unprotected sex 2 days ago..experienced spotting today but can't tell if it's from starting the pill again or pregnancy?
