I know that sims 3 pets can be an expansion into sims 3, but if you have pets as the stand-alone game, can you install sims 3 expansions onto it, like seasons and supernatural?

I'm a 17 year old girl and a highschool student. I make excellent grades - on the things i actually do. I'm failing because i never turn anything in.

The reason is because i simply have no motivation to stay in school and I'm thinking about dropping out. I'd honestly rather work.

I prefer working than doing any kind of useless schoolwork. Am I just mature for my age? Why do I completely lack motivation when it comes to anything to do with school, but I'm willing to walk four miles every day to go to work and be the best employee there?

My first attempt at baking chicken, and it wasn t bleeding when i stabbed it, so I tore off the top of the cooking bag and tried to cut a leg off, only to find a pocket of blood. Do I somehow put it in another bag? Do i just stick it back in the oven? I feel so stupid asking this, but I honestly have no clue what to do.

I'm going to leave my mentally and emotionally abusive and neglecting home to live in another state with a close friend. My plan is to drop out for a year until i turn 18 so i can legally transfer myself, and then finish my senior year. Until then I'm going to work. But, to do this, I can't formally drop out, I have to just stop going. Can I do this?

I've been studying the laws and all of them say that truancy laws would affect me IF I stopped going without reasonable cause. I'm not dropping out "just because i don't feel like going," and I DO plan on returning.

What are the repercussions for this?

And If I can't just return to high school, could online high school classes be an option?

~And before you say it, I've TRIED to "go to the police" or "talk to a counselor" about the state of my home, and my mom always wheedles her way out of it and then punishes me severely after they leave.

It's not that i don't want to show emotion, it's just... It's not even in front of people, it's just crying in general. I used to cry all the time. In the seventh and eight grade, i had seven emotional breakdowns where i cried for three hours straight. Then i just...stopped. Now i never cry, am afraid to, even locked in my room in the dark.

Maybe it's some kind of protective thing? I don't know.

Please help.

Like, if someone crossed the DNA of a human and a canine, and they ended up having enough intelligence to rebel and create their own species, what do you think they would call themselves or we would dub them? Caninoids, Canapiens, Sapenines, etc.?

I find myself having a sudden interest in this topic. I already know many advantages, but don't see more than a handful of disadvantages to this, other than the prospect of having an unhealthy and dying genetic mutation of a human and animal with grotesque parts that serve no real purpose.

((This is all in the hypothetical, of course.))

the advantages that are clear to me are

a. Having a human/dog mix to create super-soldiers with complete obedience and the heightened senses of a dog along with the traits of a human to make them more command-able. (provided the test-tube fetus comes out as planned)

b. Beings with the blood that could quite possibly have the cure and/or immunity for many diseases, maybe even cancer.

c. A step forward for science in genetics and biology, possibly even the next form of humans for evolution.

The disadvantages i see are basically just that the human/animal has no understanding of anything going on and has the aggression, as well as the strength, of both species along with the cruelty of humans, but excluding any hint of human mercy, therefor creating a dangerous predator that could breed at the rate of rabbits.

(This is all completely in the hypothetical, so please, no "This would be cruel and unusual and go against rights of both humans and animals", blah blah blah. Yes, i believe animals have rights just like humans, but this has no solid ground in hypothetical debates.)

this is a Superman: Silver Surfer January 1997 comic. It is in mint condition. It's been kept in a plastic wrapper that has never been opened. I just want to get an idea of how much it would be worth today.

I've always wondered about this. I do it myself, all the time, but i don't know why. Is it because of pride? Do we want people to see the pain for themselves instead of having to tell them? I know there's more than one reason.

I have an IQ of 108. 22 points away from genius. it's awesome, but then again, it get's lonely. My question is, how do i make smarter friends?

I have to dumb myself down for my friends, and i have to watch my words and my topics, because if i don't, most of the time they won't understand what the heck I'm talking about. i share only a few minor interests with them (if that) but i can't seem to make any smart friends. I'm a freshman, so the older teens don't want to have much to do with me, and all the other freshman are just......stupid. in an immature kind of way. i have college friends over the computer (don't worry about that, not giving any critical info over the freaking internet) but i want friends i can hang out with at school. And actually talk about body language, or phobia's or how the human brain can process so much information at one time.

my problem is, i don't know how to talk to people. I'm VERY antisocial and I'm bisexual (in the SOUTH, so that doesn't really help). it's not like that's one of the first things i tell them, I'm not an idiot, but i just....can't...talk to people.

Ok, I, do not go to church. At all. Actually, i REFUSE to go to church. I have not a problem with homosexuals and bisexuals. i actually have a lesbian friend, 2 gay friends and my best friend is bisexual. I believe in both God and Lucifer [the devil] (and when i say "Believe", i mean i think they exist, not that i worship them) but i believe Lucifer is actually a good guy. (think about that. God rewards the good, and Lucifer punishes the evil [the TRULY evil, as in murderers and rapists, not homosexuals and atheists] so doesn't that make him good?) Both of my parents are atheists, i believe in evolution, and i'm obsessed with the spirit world and the paranormal. I'm Gothic (meaning i like black, buckle boots, violence, bloodshed and gore, along with heavy metal music and pumping rock, and i find beauty in things people would normally shun) i have great respect for the man who fights his own battles and solves his own problems, not the coward who hides behind a god, and always wants that god to solve his problems for him. Parents who tell their children that they can't do something because it's evil (eating redhots because it a the demon on the box, watch hello kitty because it has the word Hell in it, play Pokemon because is has evolution in it) and say if they do that they'll go to hell, ANNOY the HECK out of me.

This is me. These are my views and beliefs. And they'll never change.
