Ok so I've had this injury for around 4 months and it has only slightly improved/healed in that time. To the point where I can now run but I cannot turn corners or make sharp movements and when I do I get severe sharp pain.

Does anyone have any expertise on this injury? Will it ever heal? How can I quicken up the healing process?

Also the trousers are a good fit around the waist yet really baggy on the lower legs which isn't to my taste.
