Nervous body language at Dinner but still wants to do things together?!?
I've had this friend for a couple of years through work, we text almost everyday…it's like having a GF without actually her being a GF. Recently i decided i wanted more so we went to see a couple of movies, thought spend some time with her and see if she is interested. Then I asked her to dinner, she said yes with no hesitation and to be honest…it wasn't a great night, she seemed nervy, her body language was very closed off, no cues that she liked me or nothing, very shut down.
Heres the thing…we kept texting the days after so all was not lost and she has been the one to suggest going out again :/
We plan to see another film but that isn't released for a couple of weeks so i suggest just a pizza and movie at mine next week, she agreed…From dinner i would have thought she didn't want to spend time with me, any idea whats's going on????
3 AnswersSingles & Dating7 years agofitness-singles dating, any good?
Hi, i'm a pretty fit athletic guy but due to work etc don't always have a lot of free time to meet new people, tend to be in the gym at the moment in off peak hours, so pretty quiet there too. I was thinking about giving Fitness-Singles.com Dating site a try (U.K.), and had wondered if anyone had used and if it was any good?
I have a preference for fit "athletic" woman so the other dating sites won't really offer what i'm looking for, any feedback would be most appreciated, thanks
3 AnswersSingles & Dating9 years agogirls and lotus exige?
What do Women think of the Lotus Exige? Basically, it's all but a road legal race car, very little in the way of luxuries, not a lot of room, very little luggage space but, unbelievable handling and damn fast and in my opinion, looks pretty cool in black or white :)
I'm considering trading in my late model BMW Z3 M Sport Convertible for an Exige (no kids so no problem) and although what Women think will not sway my decision if i choose the Exige, just wondered that was all :)
This is a link to a pic of the car: http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/194/lotuige.j...
1 AnswerOther - Car Makes10 years agoIs there a market for pin up posters?
I really want to do a series of "Pin Up" style posters for sale using a cross between the 40's and 50's pin up style look of the women at the time but cross it with modern looks and "urban" style imagery, is there a market for such a product or am i throwing my money away? I was thinking of making the posters in limited production runs of no more than maybe 500 per poster.

1 AnswerR&B & Soul10 years agoDo Women watch Porn or is it just men?
Don't ask me why i just thought of this as i'm sitting watching Godzilla at the moment but it occured to me; do women watch porn these days or is it still a ''man'' thing? I ask because many of the girls i know are, shall we say, very liberal in their views on such things, just wondered thats all.
20 AnswersLesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender1 decade agoN-Dubz: Say it's Over video?
Is it just me or is the video for this record pretty poor, it looks like it was made about ten years ago, the visual fx, styling and overall look put me in mind of a Backstreet Boys vid from about '99. Now i'll be the first to admit i'm not in any way shape or form a fan of ''N-Dubz'', i'm old enough to be able to say that i've heard it all before, to me they're nothing different, just a re-hash of old stuff but saying that they are still trying to make a career and whoever commissioned/made/directed that video should get a kick in the balls - it's not good.
So, do you agree or am i wrong?

5 AnswersAlfa Romeo1 decade agoWhy would you vote Labour?
Honestly i can't see why anyone would vote for these people, twelve of so years they've had and in my opinion the Country is worse than when they took over, ongoing social problems, public finances are a mess, the transport system hasn't improved, the Health Service still isn't being run properly even after hundreds of billions being spent, Military mismanagement, an unresolved Environmental Policy, believe me, the list goes on and on and on. I'm going to be honest, in 97 i voted Labour, i was 22 and that was the first and only time i voted Labour (National and Local Elections), and i regretted that decision within the first 3 months of them being in office.
So..I've said my piece, you couldn't pay me to vote for them but if you are planning to vote Labour feel free to explain why?
14 AnswersElections1 decade agoShort action heroes ?
Can a shortish man play a convincing action based character in film or TV or socially and culturally have we been made to believe that this would not be plausible i.e. could a male who is around 5 foot 6ish be a lead in a show like 24 or Spooks?
By the way i'm not asking on my own behalf as i'm not that height and not planning on being an actor i was just wondering what people thought.

5 AnswersOther - Society & Culture1 decade agoSecond hand smoking question?
I was wondering how many of you out there who strongly believe in the premise that second hand smoke is as dangerous as it's mean't to be have actually read any studies on the matter.
I'm not talking about a paragraph in the newspaper or a four minute story on the news, i mean actual studies and have actually seen all the statistics for yourselves.
I've read lots on this subject from many sources and statistically the evidence is actually quite weak and did you know that there is not one single piece of documented evidence on the whole planet that anybody has ever passed away due to the effects of passive smoking.
All i'm trying to say is that with pollution from almost a billion combustion engines, hundreds of thousands of factories, power stations, oil refineries, forest burnings and natural phenomena such as dormant volcanos pumping sulphur into the atmosphere have any of you seen any real information that make you believe you're safer now people can't smoke in a pub?

5 AnswersDrama1 decade agoGod created man in his own image?
If God is responsible for the creation of mankind rather than evolution and also created man in his own image then why are there so many different ethnic types with in the human species?
Was God Asian or Arab, White European, Latino or African; what possible reason would God have had to make people in to so many different types and how could all of us be in 'God's image', if we are all different?
53 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoShould the World consider imposing a population control?
I know this seems like a huge Dictatorial statement but...the World is only so big and can only realistically handle a finite amount of people living on it before Countrys start going to war over food and clean drinking water on a massive scale.
The World population has more than doubled in around 60 years and if you think about that for a moment, it took 4 billion years to reach a human population of about 3 billion and only 60 to double it and it's growing everyday. Energy needs and farming are putting greater and greater stress on the natural environment and the more people there are the more dense and unpleasant our city's will become making everybodys life worse.
I know this seems like a huge question but i do believe it's a subject that needs looking in to as i feel although i believe in people having as much freedom as possible i also believe unchecked growth will destroy what freedoms and quality of life we may already have.
