Lately I haven't been pooping more than every four days, and when I do it's not a lot. My entire life I've always pooped maybe every other day or something.

Also, I stopped eating a lot in the past few days because every time I eat something I feel full after a few minutes. Are these signs of constipation, and if they are, what can I do without taking laxatives?

Today I got these red patches around my body. There are no bumps or anything, the skin is just red, but it BURNS. I feel like I scraped my skin or something, and water makes it burn even more. It'll go away for about 15 minutes, and then come back.

I drank a good amount tonight and I'm still kinda drunk. But I have a pretty bad cold and the only thing that helps me sleep well throughout the night is NyQuil. But I don't want to take it if it's not safe after drinking. Is it safe, or should I not take it?

So there's this guy, and he's liked me for a while and for the past year I've just thought of him as one of my really good friends. But just recently I started liking him back and he's my favorite person to talk to and all, and he knows that I kinda started liking him too. But I'm just having super conflicting emotions, and some days all I want is a relationship with him, and other days I don't want anything at all and I can't tell if I'm just super attached to him as a friend. I feel like total crap because I've been leading him on too much when I have know idea what I really want. I'm also bad at relationships.

I really don't know what to do and what to tell him???

Since the beginning of the summer, I've been playing a lot of tennis, and I went from 120 lbs to 113 lbs. But my body fat went from 20% to 23%. I've NEVER been higher than 20%, even throughout the entire school year when I barely ever exercise.

Why is that happening?

What do I do? Do I just walk in and ask to speak to the manager? Or do I just ask the first worker there I see for a job application or...?

Also I just want this job for the summer, I can't work when school starts, does it matter if I'm not working for a super long time?

I went camping for 2 days and I'm COVERED with bites, all over my legs and even on my back. They're just red bumps now, but a lot are all clumped in the same spot together and they itch so much and I'm going crazy.

Is there anything I can put on them that will relieve the itching, something that I probably wouldn't have to buy?

I don't have a picture of the shoes, but they're like really high red shoes, and they have a bow on the back that's bedazzle. Would those be too loud, should I wear a more subtle colour?

So I was supposed to get my period today, but I didn't. But the week before, I didn't have any of the usual symptoms for my period, but instead they started yesterday and today, like sore boobs, bloating, breaking out. So it is possible for my period to arrive a week late for any reason, or could they also be signs of pregnancy??

Yes I know, I don't need to you hear your crap. I know it's horrible, and I don't do it for attention. I'm trying my best to stop, and my best to hide it and I've never told anyone about it.

But I've been debating for a while if I should tell him or not. We've dated for over a year and I never told him. It's not something that I go advertising around ya know? But whenever I'm going through something, he's always the only one I can ever talk to and I feel he has the right to know.

I feel like he'd be able to help me stop. What do you think? Or should I just keep it to myself?
