Central A/C tech sprayed coils and now red liquid coming out. What is it?
Think he sprayed acid on coils and want to know what this red liquid is running out of pipe. Also he pulled out a discnnect fuse and then could not get it back in so did he switch the fuse since he could not get it back in?

Need to know how to find out if oxygen cylinders are stolen. Serial number is either sprayed over with white paint or someone grind off the number at the collar. Need to know how to tell if tank really contains oxygen or filled with other gases.

Received letter from HOA board requesting a copy of certificate for service animal. They have her medical records and license info which is up to date. Can they legally request this information for her certificate when it is not in their by laws and other uncertified service animals in this community do not have even a license or rabies shot records on file.

Received a letter from President of HOA asking for proof service animal is certified? There are other service animals in the park that do not have a ceritifcate. Also cannot find anything in by laws that certificate is required to be on file with HOA. So is this legal to send a disabled person a letter requesting a copy of the animals certificate since they already have her health certificate and medical records that are up to date?
