  • What is the format for names on divorce petition?

Is it first, middle, last or first and last, or first, MI, last? Trying to fill out the petition but there is no information on how to "properly" fill in all the name spots. Anyone know?

  • Problems with newer vehicle, trade or keep? Opinions?

I have an 07 truck that has a new or returning problem once a month. I've had it for 10 months, and of course I always forget to get a copy of the dealer's sheet when they work on it so I can take the manufacturer to court. Due to state law, I technically have to take it in 2 more times for the same problem before I can do so. Even if they do resolve it, I know something else is around the corner. I have an extended 7 year/100,000 mile warranty, by the way. I like the truck, but it's costing tons of hassles and I question its reliability, though it has never stranded me. Truck has 8k on the clock.

So my Q: given that I have the good warranty, would you keep putting up with the hassles and take them to court if need be for a replacement, or would you just go and get something else of higher quality? I can afford a higher payment (marginally), so the negative equity won't kill me. Basically just looking for opinions here. WWYD?

  • How many people have needed an attorney when dealing with lemon laws?

I've taken my truck in 6 times, 7 next week, for an ongoing alignment issue. Has a slight pull to the right and never is truly straight. Something must be wrong with the car. I feel it's a safety issue since the truck feels like it wanders. Anyways, I have reported it to Ford and intend to follow through with having them replace it. My Q is how many people have actually HAD to have a lawyer or attorney step in to complete the process? It sounds like it shouldn't require one, but the more I read, the more I discover that most people did hire one. Thanks in advance.

  • Is it ok to ask an employer to think about a job offer after the interview?

Got an interview coming up. Keep getting more and more calls for more interviews. I like the job, but don't know about the pay, and the drive is about as bad as I can tolerate (66 miles a day round-trip). I know I haven't even had the interview yet, but if they offer immediately, is it ok to ask to think about it? Anyone done it before? Just curious.
