  • I'm 165 lbs, and i'm looking to bring my body fat percentage down?

I've been active in the gym since i was 11, but recently i have been slacking. I've plateaued quite a few times recently. My body fat is around 18%, and i want to cut it down to 6%. I'm not knowledgeable enough in dietary supplements to really help. Can any Experienced personal trainers give me a good diet to take a look at?

Last year i was at about 14% body fat, and 165lbs. At 5'7". I've lost a bit of weight about down to 155lbs..ish. But i'm not able to really tackle a good diet. My budget does have to do with this as well, having a low budget means i can't afford to stick to a great diet for extended periods of time. That being said, any help would be appreciated. I know i can get back to strength training and powerlifting to really improve my fat percentage but i still need help on passing that 10% fat bump that i hit recently. Help would be appreciated.

  • Can anyone help?

I've been texted over the past 3-4 years by an individual or group of individuals who keep harassing me. All of the numbers they use are located in and around Charlotte NC. They have either solicited sexual favors, sent harassing insults, or attempted to get information out of me, by use of pretending that they knew me.

    two of the numbers are:

    704-605-0878

    980-729-4867

both are prepaid phones, one from Cricket, and the other T-mobile.

Any help would be much appreciated.

  • Suzuki Forenza vs Honda Civic?

Okay, So i've heard alot and seen a few videos here and there about the civic being a ricer beast. Simply because it's a fast little bugger. But i currently drive a 2006 suzuki forenza, 5spd, front wheel, 2L 4 banger. This little guy i'm convinced could hit 0-60 in around 8 seconds stock. Haven't tested it. I see that people have a crap ton of problems with automatic versions of this vehicle. But ours has been ok. I was wondering if anybody has truly tested a 5 spd Forenza, because all i see if i can find any videos are ******* who don't redline, who shift early, and who don't punch it. I mean come on YOLO anyone?

But seriously, i've heard of people bumping up the hp to upwards of 300+ for the forenza. I wondered if it could beat a civic, and if not what would it's times be for a 0-60 and quarter mile.

HELP? There is a random title bar thing on my desktop, i can drag and click but i can't close?

I have my laptop hooked up to a desktop so pardon the split view. But anyway, that bar on the right side, i can drag it and move it, but i can't delete/close/minimize..etc. I tried restarting the windows system and that didn't do anything. I scanned my computer for viruses..etc as well as preformed a registry and disk cleaner.

Still the bar shows itself, this came into existence the other day, not sure how. Any help on identifying the problem?

  • I'm looking at buying a graphics card for my lap top, help?

    Laptop specs

    Model: Presario CQ62 Notebook PC

    processor: AMD Athlon(tm) II P320 Dual-Core processor 2.10 GHz

    Installed memory (RAM): 8.00 GB

    System: 64 bit OS

I'm looking to possibly upgrading the graphics card. I'm aware that the CQ62 models have integrated graphics cards, I've done a bit of research and found that if you have an integrated card, it's possible to disable it and plug in a better one. But i wasn't sure if it was possible with this SPECIFIC laptop.

If it is possible, what would be recommended graphics card wise, as well as instructions? Not only that, but would a CPU upgrade be worth the hassle if the graphics card can't be modified?
