I'm looking at buying a graphics card for my lap top, help?

Laptop specs

Model: Presario CQ62 Notebook PC

processor: AMD Athlon(tm) II P320 Dual-Core processor 2.10 GHz

Installed memory (RAM): 8.00 GB

System: 64 bit OS

I'm looking to possibly upgrading the graphics card. I'm aware that the CQ62 models have integrated graphics cards, I've done a bit of research and found that if you have an integrated card, it's possible to disable it and plug in a better one. But i wasn't sure if it was possible with this SPECIFIC laptop.

If it is possible, what would be recommended graphics card wise, as well as instructions? Not only that, but would a CPU upgrade be worth the hassle if the graphics card can't be modified?

With laptops about the only thing you can upgrade is the ram, sometime the cpu if it is not intergrated but then it is hard to find a cpu that will work in the laptop and I think there is a few were you can replace the graphics card but it has to be the same one.

That's possible with desktop machines, not laptops with integrated graphics because they don't have an MXM graphics card slot.
