How to kill centipedes and make sure they did not spread?
Today I was looking at my plant in my room 5 minutes after I had watered it, and saw a dozen of centipedes roaming around. Each was around 2 centimeters long. I quickly took the pot to the balcony and will dispose of everything tomorrow morning. I want to make sure, that no centipede has escaped the pot, because I know they can grow up a lot in a short time, and be harmful (or just scary XD) and I don't want them in my home. How can I make sure that, if one of them made its way outside the pot, it can be found or killed.

Hello, I am a 20-year-old male. I am currently trying to lose some fat and build some muscle, like everyone. My starting weight was 73 kg with 18% body fat, 2 months later I'm at 69.5 kg with 16% body fat. I am currently eating 1700 calories per day, of which 112g are protein (1.6 per kg). I exercise every day with strength training and occasionally cardio.
My question is: If I want to stop losing weight and focus on building muscle, therefore going back to eating 2000 calories per day. Should I also eat more protein? Like maybe 130-150g. Or is the 1.6g per kg a limit that should be held? Because I heard excess protein can get stored as fat.

The internet is full of guidelines on how much added sugar to eat per day but I can’t find a limit on natural sugar that comes mainly from fruit, some vegetables, bread, and so on.
I want to try eating healthy and that is why I note everything I eat. I eat almost no added sugar, but never less than 40g of natural sugar. It’s because my breakfast always has a banana and some berries in it. And the bread and other stuff that has sugar that I eat in the day also add to that.
Is there even a limit or are natural sugars healthy? If there is, what is it? And how to stay under it?
Here is the food that I ate two days ago where I had 118 grams of sugar according to the app I use:
Joghurt bowl with banana, berries, and nuts
Chili sin Carne (with a little of sweet potato and sweet corn) with some bread.
Tuna and sweet corn with bread also.

My goal is to burn some fat, and add some muscle mass, preferably in the abs.
I am a 20 years old male. I started one month ago with 73kg and what I guess to be around 16% fat.
I live a sedentary life of a university student in times where Corona forces us to learn from home. I only leave my house once a week to go grocery shopping.
Since gyms are closed, the main change that I did was my diet. I have a self-made meal plan, made so I eat 300 calories less each day (so 1700 calories per day which is 2000-300) I try to eat as little processed food as possible and I eat no added sugars. My diet is plant-based, but I eat fish once a week, and chicken breasts once every two weeks. To track, I use an app with exact quantities and I am getting on average 90 grams of protein per day and 60 grams of mostly unsaturated fat. In this month, I only cheated 2 times but I had to in order to maintain my social life :p
Now I am at 70.5kg but my belly doesn’t really seem smaller. I don’t know why but it seems I am still at 16% fat. To track my fat loss better, I started to measure my hips and taille. (Hips: 88cm Taille: 87cm)
I also started to do some cardio in the morning to make sure that what I lose is fat and not muscle. On these days, I eat a bit more.
My plan is to continue doing cardio in the morning and adding some abs routine every now and then.
Once I reach 68kg, I will aim for 2300 calories per day with 120-130g protein per day to hopefully regain the lost weight in muscle.

It all started when I moved into this shared apartment. I have lived in other places before and never had this problem. Suddenly, my flatmate tells me that he saw the stove running after I had my lunch and that I must have forgotten it. I say sorry and that I'll be more careful.
Yesterday, a week later, the same thing happened, I say sorry again.On the same day, at dinner it happens again. I say sorry again but this time I'm wondering what the f*** is happening because I took extra care not to leave it on.Today I'm cooking my lunch. When I finished, I remember 100% percent that I looked at the stove knobs and checked they are off. After lunch, I clean everything and check again. Then me and all my flatmates are sitting in the kitchen talking, before going back to our rooms. After a while my flatmate knocks saying how I forgot to turn off the stove. I got and still am so angry, because I took a lot of care not to forget it. I tried to tell him there’s no way it's me. But it turns out none of my flatmates cooked today, so it can't be them.
Do you think:
a) I'm crazy.
b) Someone is lying.
c) My flatmate who is finding the stove on, is messing with me.
d) I don't know how to turn off a stove.
e) A ghost is turning on the stove.
f) Some other option.
But I'm sure, 1000%, that there is NO WAY I forgot the stove tonight.

If you theoretically had one meal that contained all the amounts of nutrients that you need and the rights amount of calories, could you eat it every day at every meal? If yes, is it possible to create such a meal regardless of taste?
Now to a more realistic question, if I want to be really healthy, could I create a healthy meal plan that has a duration of two weeks to one month, and just repeat it forever? Or is it better to have more variety?

Me and my team are university students working on a project. We have to find a way for community workers in Nepal to transport their wood harvest every day from the forest back to their village where it will be turned into charcoal. We had an idea to have some sort of mine cart system but that was rejected as being too expensive, or an "off-road shopping cart style electric powered thing" but they think it wouldn't be capable of traversing the forest grounds, where it’s muddy and steep, and the ground has a lot of tall grass.
Anyone has an "out of the box" idea? Or some sort of genius contraption?The logs are 3-4 cm in diameter and are 30 to 200 cm in length. 300-400 kg should be transported daily. The thing used should be easily used/controlled/maneuvered by anyone who is not an expert.
