I'm looking for information like- what i can eat for protein, food that are good and feeling etc

how i can live healthily, just general advice please.

i've done quite a bit of research on the benefits- i want to go vegy becase I've been ill for over a week and i'm just recovering from the undercooked steak i ate at a restaurant and the last 2 weeks i've done a lot of reflecting etc. i'm not getting any younger...

On Wednesday night, I had some steak Medium Rare. I didn't go to bed till about 5am on thursday after listening to some LOUD music.

Thursday at about 2pm when I woke up I had the following symptoms.

- a bit of Diarrhea- but not anything to make me go mental about.

- Nausea but No vomiting

- weakness, fatigue, muscle pain followed

-most consistent has been the fever, loss of appetite and weakness

I spoke to a nurse and she said its less likely to be food poisoning because I haven't thrown up.

anyway now its sunday and i have lost my appetite, i haven't been used the toilet except to pee, i'm still weak, back of my neck feels hot.

whats going on with me? well i don't have diarrhea anymore but i'm tired of feeling weak.

i have been taking some panadol extra, pepto bismol, the only thing i seem to be able to eat is dry cheerios. i'm going to see my doc tomorrow but for now, i'm considering getting some lucozade or something.

i figure its something viral but no idea whats so ever.
