I haven't really took a flash light to it to inspect the barrel and cylinder but everything seems to be in good working order. Would ballistol leach under the plating if he uses it to try and free up the base pin? Other options?

I keep breaking the bands on my headsets from taking them off and on. Both playsation plus headset and a turtle beach stealth 400 headbands have snapped. I'm looking for a headset that has metal bands <$100.

Just picked up one through a Palmetto promotion, buy a tacops get a 1911-22 for free.99. I know good for me. My tacops has a wonderful snick transition from off to on and vise versa. My 22 on the other hand has absolutely no snick at all. It"s like there is nothing behind the thumb safety. My question is are these pistols made like this? If not what would be more cost affective. Send it in to sig or bring it to a local smith? Thank you.
