  • If you want to regulate trans people to the bathrooms they biologically belong to, to protect Children...?

Shouldn't we ban men from being preists? Or ban children from being in Church? It's for for the protection of the children after all. There's certainly been more cases of the latter.

  • Guys, Margaret Sanger was a racist. So clearly people who admire here for PP must be too?

MLK, JFK, and FDR were adulters, so any one who admires them must be in favor of adultry.

Our founders were slave owners, so clearly anyone who admires them must be in favor of slavery.

Eisenhower lead the allies in WWII and fostered Civil Rights with the Little Rock incident but please we all know that if you admire him you also support imperialism because of the '53 Iranian Coup.

And if you admire Reagan you also admire Iran because he sold weapons to them ya commie!

I'm just trying to discredit PP because of their founder even though eugenics hasn't been practiced in the US since the 50's.

  • Josh Duggar & WDBJ?

Why is it that some conservatives get into a furry when liberals, the left, or progressives politicize a shooting or tragedy, but then they do it themselves? Any liberal or progressive that politicized the Duggar scandals while not addressing Bill Clinton or Lena Denham is a hypocrite. Yet so are too that conservatives that criticize said liberals and progressives when they condemn the WDBJ shooter yet jump to the defense of Duggar or Dylann Roof for a variance of reasons.

By politicizing I also mean in terms of partisanship.

  • Shame on President Obama?

President Obama with the TPP not only sold out American workers so that the biggest corporations can seek even more cheap labor, he removed Malaysia from human rights offenders list. Malaysians will now work like slaves. America is better than this. Shame on you Obama.

  • Why are some conservatives?

Some conservatives are quick to question Hilary's statements or for that matter anyone they see as a RINO, but not question Tump's at all? Most of Donald's statements have consisted of him making blanket statements, off the cuff remarks, and policies he does not dive into. He says he has a plan for the economy, for ISIS, and the border yet he has yet to actually lay down his plan. Why do you think peope or you yourself find this okay? Isn't this just like other politicians?

If a town largely composed of Muslims were to erect the ISIS flag in government space by the US flag would you defend them as well?

  • Why defend or excuse Josh Duggar using Lena Dunham?

What both did was wrong. It seems as if you are criticizing people's hypocrisy by being hypocrites yourself.

  • American Sniper?

Why has film become such a topic concerning politics and America's position in relation to the Iraq War? The film in my opinion had nothing of substance to say about the war, and whether or not it was for or against it. People like Sarah Palin are using it as a vessel to draw up more ratings and money and are taking advantage of people who see this movie to justify their supposed patriotism. If you watch this movie coming out thinking you're a true patriot without even knowing what the Wounded Warriors Project is, then you are the problem with this country.

  • Once again about Benghazi?

Let's take a moment of silence for the four Americans that died.

    5 AnswersOther - Politics & Government7 years ago
  • Concerning Benghazi?

For the people who want to defend the President and his administration: They lied. There is overwhelming evidence to support this. Can you sit here and tell me that they did everything they could do to save those four Americans? Also they twisted and bent the facts of the incident for their own gain, most likely for the nearing election. You can argue that some conservatives come about it in the wrong way but still you should be criticizing Obama for downplaying something for his political gain rather than the fallacy filled arguments concerning Benghazi.

For the people who keep bringing it up: You are making this just as political as Obama's administration was. Please don't come at me with with saying you are doing it for the four Americans that died because if you truly were you wouldn't be so upset when someone mentions Bush. Obama and the administration did lie but still it's shameful to stoop to their level and try to make politics of lies just to make Obama look bad. Every President has lied to the American people. I'm not saying this is right but just simply pointing out the realities of it. If you are going to criticize Obama about Benghazi, criticize Bush for his 13 Benghazi's. You will claim it was different, that the administration try to cover it up and lied about it. Then criticize Bush for invading Iraq on the pretense of 9/11 because most of the terrorists were Saudis.

  • A more reasonable argument concerning Sterling?

I'm not going to debate freedom of speech or something akin to it. I think he deserves punishment...but I honestly think that the punishment is too severe. Sure, fine him but banning him to me is too extreme. I think at the most he should just be banned from the remainder of the playoffs and at least next season. I think there is a double standard when it comes to white people being racist compared to minorities being racist. Granted I think this is the case due to the history of our country. Slavery, Jim Crow, and the Civil Rights Movement. However, in his response Snoop Dogg cited race in his argument and no one is calling him out on it nor saying that he should stop making records and what not. I think context is also missing from this whole ordeal. I'm not trying to provide excuses for Donald but rather reasons. In the business world, some business men don't want to be seen with African Americans. It could just be that Donald isn't racist but maybe that his clients don't like to be seen with African Americans and thus he felt pressured to tell his mistress that...even though his mistress is biracial. I'm not saying he shouldn't be punished but if we are to condemn racism coming from a white person we should also condemn racism coming from a minority. At least I think so.

  • I find it quite funny?

How I answer a question and get blocked from certain people simply for making a point or disagreeing with them. I thought Conservatives were about freedom. How about some on here emphasizing Donald Sterling's freedom of speech? I'm not mad at you blocking me go ahead. It just tells me I got under your skin.

  • Yahoo! Conservatives?

Can you do each of the following:

Name one fault or mistake of a Republican

Name one fault of the Republican party

  • Hey instead of blasting wrongs on a partisan basis...why don't we just criticize when any wrong is done?

Yes lets criticize Obama due to the NSA and criticize Bush due to Iraq but seriously each party has done wrong, and has it's extremists. Some of them are on here.
