  • Which Pram? I'm really finding it hard!?

Hi, I've been looking at prams now for what seems like forever lol. I wont a light weight, umbrella folding pram for newborn. I would prefer baby to face me whilst she is so small.

I was looking at the Maclaren XLR and love it, but would prefer her to face me at the begining. So we looked at the Silver cross 3D - but it had really bad reviews, also the Mamas and Papas Pilko + - but I was told by so many people to not touch M&P with a barge poll. Britax Visio was perfect, just a bit to heavy.

So you can see my problem! I know I seem picky but our budget isn't big and we don't wont to wast money on a pram that will only get used for a short period of time then end up buying the Maclaren because it's light weight and easier ha ha ha.

Do you think that it is really important to see the baby whilst newborn?

Do you think that a baby sling would be OK for the first 3 mth's then use the Maclaren?

and also is there any other prams that I have missed?

  • Clicking noises in belly? ?

Hi I'm currently 32 weeks pregnant, but this has been going on now for quite a while. It's really weired, it's like clicking every so often, not always when the baby moves. I thought that it might of been bubbles popping or something like that. Any ideas!

  • evening primrose oil for cervical ripening?

Hi, I'm 27 weeks pregnant with my 3rd child. In my last two pregnancy's I went over due and they were both born at 42 weeks. I also had SPD with both of my previous pregnancy's, This time my SPD is so bad that I can hardly walk now at just 27 wks! so goodness knows how I'll be near the end.

I really don't wont to go over due as I can't take anymore as it is. A friend told me to insert evening primrose capsules into the cervix from around 37 weeks. Has anyone else done this, and how did it go for you?

I will be discussing this with my midwife before I do anything, I just wonted to no if anyone else had done it.

    Cheers xxx

  • Could an ex-partner oppose an application for residency in Australia, as I would also be taking our 2 children

My ex-partner (the farther of 2 of my children) and I separated 6 years ago. I have been with my new partner for 3 years and we are expecting our 1st baby together this year.

We wont to move abroad and are thinking of OZ or NZ.

We are moving for a better life for the kids and us, as I have to take medication every year in the winter due very bad SAD. If we moved to the sunnier climate I wouldn't need to be on med's for the rest of my life and the children would be away from knife crime and the crap NO balls government we have in the UK.

I no he is there farther and OZ is a long way away but I think my reasons are valid.

Could he stop us from going in a court of law?

  • choosing the wright tiles for a small bathroom?

I have a small bathroom which I'm having redecorated. I have chosen a white sweet with silver fittings.

Is it best to have all the walls tiled or just half?

I no that I should keep to light colours but what about a boarder? Should I keep to a light colour with that as well?

Also should the tiles be small medium or large?

    Thank you xx

  • Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction (SPD),?

Hi, I'm currently 23/40 weeks pregnant with SPD. It started in my 8th week and is now so bad I'm on crutches.

I have two other children for which I also had SPD with, but it came on a lot later, around 20+ weeks.

This time is worse than the other 2 and I'm worried about how bad it will get.

Is there any one else that has also had it quite bad, or suffering with it at the moment?

I'd love to no if there is anything that I can do exercise wise etc... I have a support belt and am also under the physio, but is there anything else?
