I want to invest in an amazing lense for my camera. I have a Nikon and I was doing some research and the canon EF 24-105mm 1:4 L IS  for the Canon DSLR cameras is an amazing lense . so I was wondering if there was a lense for the Nikon DSLR cameras that is equivalent or oven better than the canon lenses? Does anyone know? Or if you dont, do you recommend any?

NOT MARRIED (not yet anyways) JUST ENGAGED? My boyfriend and I have been together for 3 years (2011). Currently we live together in our own home for the past year and we both work and go to school. We have been talking a lot about our future lately since we both only have two more years of college left and we want to get engaged. Right now we are both 21 and when he talked to his mom about it she wasn't excited at all and said we were too young because His brother got engaged last year and he was 27 when he got engaged but they only dated for 1 year. It just really bothered me that she said that. I know in my heart that he is "the one" i truly believe whole heartedly that we were meant for each other and that love doesn't have an age limit. We see our future together and both agree that even if we get engaged regardless of his mothers liking of the age, we won't be getting married until a year after we are both done with school (2-3 years) I just want to know other peoples opinion/thoughts and to know that love isn't age defined and possibly some support. My cousin is pregnant and she is about 2 weeks from her due date now. So far she has had a really stressful pregnancy and she is really upset stressed most of the time. What are some things I can do with her to help keep her occupied or get her mind off things? Like something fun that is ok for pregnant women to do nothing boring like knitting but something crafty or activity like swimming?

I have a 2004 Hyundai Accent and my speedometer broke, my check engine light came on, and there was a knockin noise when I would turn and now it does it when I accelerate. I had taken it to a mechanic who told me kt was my speedometer cable and my cv axel he also replaced my power steering belt which all came to a total of 400 dollars. Now on my receipt it specifically states that the issues I came in with are now fixed. A week after I had gotten my car back from them my speedometer starts to mess up again I was on the highway and my speedometer was moving up and down between 35-40 and my car started to make the knocking noise when I would accelerate. Therefore nothing was fixed. I take it back to him to test drive and see for himself and he tells me to leave him look at it again and now he says he found what was causing all the problems in the first place and it would cost 700 dollars to fix it AGAIN! I shouldn't have to pay 700 to have some thing fixed that should've been fixed the first time especially since the receipt states my car was fixed the first time and it wasn't. Now i already paid him 400 to fix the issues and it wasnt fixed. What do I do? What can I do?

I have no clue what to do to go about dealing with this besides screaming at him that I shouldn't have to pay for something that should've been fixed the first time around. What do I do?

I was going to school for nursing. However; the more classes i take to try and get into the nursing program the less interested in it i become. Right now i am taking classes to apply into the Pharmacy Tech program whcih i will finish, but this is only a certificate. So after i do that i was planning on getting my associates in radiologic technology (the science dealing with X-rays and other high-energy radiation, esp. the use of such radiation for the diagnosis and treatment of disease) which is something im much more interested in. I know it is not better than being a nurse, but would it be a good paying job? A promising future for me? either way it is something i am doing plus ill be a certified pharmacy technician. Any thoughts?

I know the title to this question sounds so superficial but it isn't I promise. And what I mean vy attention I attention in my relationship. My boyfriend and I have been together for two years and two months already amd all of a sudden now I feel like I'm not getting the love and affection and attention that I use to get. Is there something wrong with me? I know our schedules have been busy now that my third year of college and his secomd year of college has started but I just feel so sad. I feel lonely and abandoned most of the time. He goes to school from 9-3 and every other day he works from 7:30-1:30. I do online classes so it's easier for me to get things done because I work from 2-10 almost every day. Is it just our new schedule changes that's maling me feel this way? Like when I get off all he wants to do is play his game until about 12:30 then off to bed for him cause he wakes up earlier than me. Then I'm alone and up by myself for hours on end because I can never sleep. I just domt know how to deal with this loneliness I'm feeling. Like I can't get mad at him for going to be early but it makes me feel like he doesn't even want to spend time woth me anymore. I feel like I'm just craving so mu h attention from him amd I'm mot getting it. I don't know how to handle this or even where to start channeling my emotions.

I know that at most workplaces managers/team leaders are not allowed to hang out outside of the workplace. However, my coworkers and I are planning a halloween party with a bunch of the younger people we work with and their spouses and friends. THERE ARE NO managers/team leaders attending or invited. One of the guys I work with said that one of our managers might get mad and comolain about it and stop us from having the halloween party. Is it against the rules to have a party with people from work? Even if there are mo managers going?

I've read our stores handbook and it states nothing about it just about manager team member relationships.

i have a windows 7 and i am wanting to make a video on here. I already have windows live movie maker, but my camera quality is too good for the program and every time it starts to load the video from my camera into WLMM it shuts out of the program. I've used final cut pro before and iMovie and i like them both. I've already tried to download the sony vegas pro and the trial doesn't last long at all. So are there any other good video editing software that i can download for free and will support the quality of my camera? One that gives me awesome features like imovie?

I'm looking for a good and trusted yet semi affordable (under 150) that I can purvhase that will allow me to edit footage and create slideshow that is similar to a macs imovie. I have windows 7. Any suggestions?

He is disrespectful to the point where he will tell my grandpa "ill **** you up old man" and telling me grandma "mind your own buisness *****" his mom doesn't do anything to discipline him or telling him anything. He scres at her on a daily basis. Like today she woke him up for school. My guess is he was late so he started yelling at her and started screaming and then slamming his door. My grandpa yells back not to be slamming doors and his response is opeing it and slamming it again asking what he's gonna do. He steals hos moms carat night and he calls her a ***** if she doesn't give him a ride. He gets mad at her if she doeant buy him something and calls her a broke *****. He literally eats everything in the house when he comes home from soccer or teack or wrestling practice. Then complains there ia nothing to eat. He leavea without asking usually at dinner time and then when he comes home late at night 3 4 in the morning he will make a fot of you don't make him a plate. Example we made hamburgers saved him a plate but not a bun he went on a rampage. When he leaves at night in the past two months he's gotten 4 curfew tixketa that his mom payed and one posseaion of marijauna ticket. He is just so bad I don't know how else to tell anymore. He is a selfish inconsiderate disrespectful bastard. How do we handle this?

i am taking an online course in photoshop, and i already have a photoshop installed on my computer. It is called Adobe Photoshop Elements 5.0. The class requires me to have Photohop cs6. which is like a 600 program that i am not able to charge to my student account because they dont sell it at the school. Will the photoshop i have already be ok to use?
