So I'm 15 and have no social life whatsoever, which doesn't bother me. I talk to friend at school and during sport practice but have never felt inclined to do anything outside of school. I feel like hanging out is always the same and that I can't trust people. So is this normal?

So about three days ago in wrestling practice I was taken down hitting my head on the mat. Since then my head has been hurting every time I exert energy. If it is a concussion I can't tell my coach because we have small team and can't afford forfeits. What should I do to make the pain stop.
