  • Are there any Bank of American Affiliates in Cedar Rapids, Iowa that won't charge an ATM Fee?

I'm out of town for a wedding and need to find an ATM but there are no Bank Of America Branches/ATM's in Iowa.

Does Bank of America have any other names in Iowa that won't charge me the "Foreign ATM Fee"?

  • God Is Dead: We know the mutation in the jaw that lead to the growth of the brain. What is your justification?

for the continued desperate belief in mythology in the face of the MOUNTAINS of genetic, fossil, and sociological evidence proving that humans were nothing but a chance survival of a mutation that happened to shrink our jaw muscles and allow for the space needed for the brain to grow, which grant superior thinking ability to our ancestors?

    National Geographic: Human Ape

This documentary spells it out in VERY VERY simple terms and experiments to show you how the world really works outside of mental illness.

(Note that they even have a Muslim Woman Scientist participating, proving that though theism is a form of mental illness, it can't overcome common sense when confronted with overwhelming evidence.)

So... Is it that theists willfully close their eyes to the evidence in order to maintain their ignorance, knowing that as in the Judea-Christian/Islamic texts, knowledge brings with it consequences? (Such as having to leave your fairy tale behind and join us in the harsh light of reality?)

  • Serious Question: Why is Murder seen as a “Worse” crime than Child Molestation?

    °º¤ø,¸¸,ø¤º° ø¤º°`°º¤ø °º¤ø,¸¸,ø¤º° ø¤º°`°º¤ø

Yes, this is a long question but it is a deep question that requires a lot of talking. If you do not wish to read the additional details, please feel free to close the browser window and find a shorter one.

    °º¤ø,¸¸,ø¤º° ø¤º°`°º¤ø °º¤ø,¸¸,ø¤º° ø¤º°`°º¤ø

If you kill a person, that person is no longer suffering. The loss of that person will greatly hurt the surviving friends/family but the suffering of the friends/family will get better with time.

❤ If you molest a child, which usually happens repeatedly over a long period of time, that child grows up greatly disturbed. Signs of their inner turmoil may not be obvious, but they will never be “right”. They will have mental health problems, they will have addiction problems, they will have trust problems, they will have an inability to maintain a healthy and stable relationship, they will have sexual identity problems, they will have PTSD, they may not be able to find pleasure in sexual activity. The victim of molestation will spend the rest of their life dealing with the results of that molestation/abuse.

❤ On top of the direct impact on the molested child, that child will grow up and have children of his/her own. Adults that were molested tend to seek out victimizers with which to live with/marry/date/breed with. Since they can’t maintain healthy long term relationships, the person they have kids with may not be an abuser but they tend to eventually bring a fox into the hen house.

THAT LEADS TO A 2nd GENERATION OF ABUSED CHILDREN.

❤ Then you must take into consideration that an intoxicated or mentally ill parent is, at the very least, an implicitly abusive parent. A child is a sponge and if mommy is nuts, the child will have their mental development guided by THAT rather than a healthy example.

❤ Then you must take into consideration that males that are abused have a 60% likelihood of growing up to have inappropriate sexual attraction to children.

❤ Then you must take into consideration that an abuser tends to get to a dozen children before they are successfully prosecuted. If those 12 are boys, 7 out of those 12 will most likely grow up to have sexual issues and are potential child molesters.

❤ THEN you must take into consideration that child molesters get a fraction of the prison time that murders get and while a murderer is statistically unlikely to go on a killing spree should they get out of prison, a child molester is most likely never going to stop being sexually attracted to children and will molest again once they get out.

In prison, a serial killer will see a child molester as scum… Yet in society, we see child molestation as the “Lesser” of the two crimes.

Murder kills someone while molestation scars our SPECIES and leads to more abuse.

Question: Why is Child Molestation seen as a “Lesser” crime than Murder when it leaves far more damage in its wake?

  • Am I so hungry because I'm sick?

I normally don't get hungry in the daytime and only really want to eat dinner... But I woke up feeling horrible, coughing my lungs out, and I just can't stop thinking about food.

I had Breakfast, Lunch, AND Dinner today on top of drinking watered down Orange Juice all day and I'm still hungry... Or at least my thoughts won't leave the topic of food.

Like I said... On a normal day I'll eat once or twice and drink a lot of water and iced tea.

Is it just because I'm sick that I can't stop thinking about food?

  • I got a prescription for Hydrocodone/APAP 5mg/325mg for emergencies but take Ibuprofen regularly. Reactions?

I have chronic hip pain that has been getting worse in the winter due to arthritis and I got a prescription for Hydrocodone/APAP 5mg/325mg and I didn't realize that the 325mg was Acetaminophen, a.k.a. Tylenol, a.k.a. paracetamol.

I take 800mg of ibuprofen 2 to 3 times a day to cope with the pain (If I stay focused on my work, I can "Ignore" the pain and take less.) and I'm worried that if I take the Hydrocodone, the Tylenol might cause "Issues" with the ibuprofen. Would it be safe to take it if I make sure to space the usage 6 hours between ibuprofen and Hydrocodone?

I just got the prescription yesterday and I was told that they make a Hydrocodone that combines opiates with ibuprofen, would it be possible to ask my doctor for a new prescription for that?

I would be willing to give her the Hydrocodone/APAP 5mg/325mg pills I picked up yesterday in exchange for the new prescription so that she will know I'm not trying to get "Drugs" to get high off of or sell... Would that be OK? I'd be willing to eat the money I spent for the Hydrocodone if it meant a safer prescription...

I'm just so paranoid about asking too much for opiates... I really don't want my clinic to think this is "Drug Seeking Behavior".

This is my first prescription for Hydrocodone since 2005 and that was just for a few for traveling when I'd have to walk a ton and stay seated for hours.

  • My neighbor pissed off the Cook County Forest Preserve Police. Now EVERYONE is ticketed. What to do?

I'm just so pissed off right now... This man has made living here so hard. Well, my neighbor's wife got a ticket back in November and he has been fighting it ever since and he has been shooting his mouth off in court, calling and harassing, etc. and just pissed the Forest Preserve Police off to the point where now EVERYONE in this building is getting punished.

Our lease is up in August and we are planning on getting the fu*k out of this apartment but how to cope for the next 6 months?

Until 2 weeks ago, we had an understanding with the Cops... We live across the street and there is no place to park in the neighborhood thanks to commuters so if the cars are registered to the building 30 feet from the parking spots that have absolutely no signage saying who the spots belong to, we would be left alone but this idiot has ruined that agreement...

I'm disabled and parking 4 blocks down isn't really an option and he won't "allow" anyone to park in "His" driveway, which could fit another vehicle... He has been here for 13 years and has a better relationship with the landlord than we do as new tenants... So that is out...

♥ This guy has spread rumors in the neighborhood that we were growing marijuana in my back bedroom because I had window pots of Parsley and Basil with a grow light in each pot to help them adjust to the repotting.

♥ This guy lies about what the landlord wants.

♥ This guy writes notes and hangs them on the apartment doors about "Slamming The Front Door" when he makes more noise than anyone in the building.

♥ This guy's wife has physically abused their 12 year old and verbally abused her to the point where we hear screaming through the ceiling.

♥ This guy kept trying to find reasons to come in and "Inspect" our apartment before we told him flat out to stop.

♥ This guy locked up the snow shovels so that no one but him could shovel the front stoop when it snowed and turned to ice. I had to buy a shovel and put a sign out saying "Anyone can use this just put it back RIGHT HERE."

♥ This guy stole our squirrel feeder because he didn't like it and then blamed the landlord.

I've been very clear that I just want to be left the fu*k alone... Leave me alone and I'll leave you alone... But this retard has pissed off everyone in the neighborhood, including the authorities.

Can anyone offer any advice on how to cope until we can move far far away and never see this prick ever again?
