Married male in his 20's who resides in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. I am interested in video games, animals, mind and body, and movies. I love the video game series "Final Fantasy", and "Soul Calibur". I am an avid member on the Playstation 3 Network. If you'd like, add me as a friend. My ID is "Polydectus". I lost my only brother when I was about 14, and was forced to grow up rather quickly after that. I have a multitude of emotional and physical problems, but I make the best of the cards that were given me. I am not always optimistic, and my mood can turn on a dime. I have been told I am a great listener at times, even though my attention span is horrible. My short term memory has been affected so if I don't remember you, please don't be offended. I hope you choose to shoot me an email. I love to chat, but work alot so I might not be available all of the time. I look forward to hearing you!

  • Question about Windows 7?

I have Windows XP Pro installed right now, but want to do a clean install of Windows 7. I am going to buy Windows 7 Home Premium Upgrade. My question is, will a Windows XP Upgrade Disc qualify as owning a previous version of Windows? Does it even ask for a disc like XP did or does it ask for a CD key? I wouldn't be so worried if I have seen the installation process before.

  • How do you edge when there are roots?

We are trying to put wood edging that has to go partially in the ground that is held in by nails and we have come to a part where there are exposed roots and some roots that are covered. Is there some machine that can cut the roots or something? And please don't say a chainsaw =)

  • Is it legal for an employer to lower an employee's hourly rate for making a mistake?

My co-worker made a mistake that costed our employers some money and instead of firing her, they subtracted $3 from her hourly rate. Is this legal to do? Please cite your answers.

  • Are these signs of a virus?

I keep getting the BSOD (Blue screen of death), random reboots, error reports on almost every single program thats running, and now my Avast! antivirus has been disabled and I can't enable it. I even got a message from avast saying that a program had been modified.

On average, windows is at the desktop screen for about 1 minute before another random reboot. I've never seen these kinds of problems before, and before I waste my time with yet another format of my hard drive, I want to rule out the possibility of a hardware issue.

    All temperatures are ok.

I am running Windows XP Pro SP3 by the way.

  • What's the name of the movie...?

There is a movie, probably 90's where a guy was put into prison and every prisoner had explosives implanted into them and they had their minds read and weren't allowed to dream about certain things and were scanned all of the time?

  • Why can't I remember anything about my deceased brother?

Ok. I am a 24 year old male. My older brother died in 1999 in an automobile accident. I was about 14. He was 3 days from 18 years old.

I can remember everything about the morning after I found out, down to small details. After that, my memory started to get fuzzy. It wasn't until a few years later that I realized that I couldn't remember what his voice sounded like. Then realized I couldn't even remember what he was like. After that, I realized I couldn't even remember a single thing that he had ever said to me. And finally, I could only remember 1 thing that he and I ever had done together. I can remember it like a movie in my head. We were throwing the football in the backyard of the house that we grew up in. But I can only remember a small piece of it.

Some may ask why I even miss him if I don't remember anything about him. I can't answer that question, but all I know if I miss him every single day. But what do I miss? Do I miss him, or do I miss my memories? I am not insane or anything, but I am thinking something is definitely wrong with this. Or is it a common thing that the mind does in certain situations?

I live a normal life, married, work everyday, own a home, hang out with friends, play video games, mow the lawn, everything a husband does. But why can't I remember anything about my brother?

Nearly 10 years have past since I lost my brother. Is there any chance I might regain any of my past memories of him?

  • When do women ovulate?

My wife and I are trying to get pregnant. We have tried to use ovulation tests but they don't seem to work.

I was just wondering if women ovulate at a random time in their cycle, or if it is a week after the end of their period, etc.

  • Wife and I are trying to get pregnant...?

And she is 4 weeks late! But every pregnancy she takes comes up negative. She has never been a month late. The latest shes ever been late is a week as far as she knows. What are the chances that she is pregnant?

    Here are some details:

I am 24, Wife is 29, 1st time trying to get pregnant, I have low testosterone and am now on hormonal therapy. No known stresses except for some financial concerns but nothing that is keeping her up at night or anything.

I really want to be a Father but want to know if there is anything else we can do except for a blood test that the results will take forever to find out on.

  • Can a website be larger than a company logo in printed real estate advertising?

I work for a print real estate magazine and the text of the customer's website in the footer is larger than the logo. She is saying it is against the law for this and wants a refund because of it, and is also afraid of being fined. If you can place cite where you found an answer that would be great so I can show the customer.

  • Any males have low testosterone?

My Wife and I are trying to get pregnant, so I just got a routine blood test to see if I had any strange illnesses or anything. Plus I am very overweight for 24 years old (6'1, 320 lbs), so I wanted to get other things checked. I also checked for lyme disease because I live in Bucks County, Pennsylvania and we are actually in the most common place for lyme disease in North America. So here were my results: Good: Cholestorol, Blood Sugar, No Diabetes, No Lyme Disease. Bad: Extremely high estrogen level, and extremely low testosterone level. I was like wtf? He found this very odd, but treatable. He prescribed a cream called "AndroGel". He said that very low testosterone in males can cause decreased sex drive, depression, gynocamastia (enlargement of male breasts), lack of energy, and even lack of concentration. I have every single one of these symptoms. So I guess I am typing this "Question" to act more like an "Answer". Every doctor I have ever seen has said I have depression and need to exercise. When the truth is that my extremely low testosterone is the answer to all of my problems, and I am so happy to have finally found an answer. Just wondering if anyone else out there has had blood tests and found low testosterone and what types of treatments you have had and symptoms as well.

  • Anyone play Soul Calibur 4 yet?

I got it on PS3 last night. Graphics are amazing and I love the more arcade feel to it. They brought back Voldo's mask which I am happy about. Astaroth hasn't changed much and I am already undefeated online.

I have a 6.5 month old Bernese Mountain Dog. Lately she has been completely out of control. Jumping, barking at me even when I tell her not to, doesn't listen, and just full of energy.

  • What is the name of the series of parodies...?

Ok, this is going to be one of those questions like "What's that song that goes like..." but instead its a skit or something that I saw and I am trying to find it again.

I remember seeing one where this mexican guy was in a helicopter and another one where the same mexican guy was being held captive and interrogated but he kept on saying smart *** things and they were purposely using bad acting skills and punching him but with a delayed reaction. It is driving me nuts and it was so damn funny. Anyone have any idea what I am talking about?

  • Reimbursement rate for mileage on personal vehicle for work related tasks?

I have heard that it is 50 cents per mile, but I could be wrong. But I guess the 2nd part of my question is do I add this up monthly and submit it to my employer, or do I keep track of it and submit it when I do my taxes?

  • Anyone familiar with the Konica Minolta Bizhub C203?

I am tech leader at the business I work at and we just had a meeting with a salesperson about a new all-in-one printer, copier, scanner from Konica Minolta. I am looking for positive and/or negative reviews on it. I googled it but didn't find anything bad, so I figured I would post it up.

  • Is it Pennsylvania State or Federal Law for employers to pay time and a half for hours over 40 hours a week?

My co-workers and myself are wondering if we should be getting time and a half for our hours over 40 in a work week. We don't know if it is a Pennsylvania State Law or if there is some sort of Federal Law.
