I bought and installed Civ 5. My system doesn't meet requirements so I uninstalled but the game is still in my Steam Library. Can I sell this game or would the buyer have issues with it since it was installed? Any help is appreciated.

I keep logging in to play and i'll play about 3 minutes and the screen will say "Lost Connection To Mapserver"... What does this mean? I dont think its my cpu cause the CoH website is down too? Any Ideas?

Hi, I'm 18 years old 6' tall 190 and i'm looking inot buying a used ninja 250. I've never rode motorcycles before and am mainly looking for a commuter. I drive 40 miles a day and get 15mpg in my truck. Is it a practical idea for me to buy a bike? I plan to keep the truck but use personal money for the bike and equipment. Any pros or cons to this idea? I need insight from an experienced rider. Thanks!
