Hi, I have a 2000 Jaguar S-type with 196,000 km ( 121,000 miles) today I found out that I need a new rear sub frame as well as new brakes and a new rotor.I am still waiting on a final estimate but the guy at the shop told me it can range anywhere from $600-1500. The car has a good engine and transmission. I'm wondering if I should just get a new car or repair this one. If I get a new car its probably gonna be a newer Jaguar S-type, Range Rover HSE or Sabaru

Im 17 years old and weight around 150lbs

My squats go up to 275lbs

I do use a belt

how do they differ and what are the pros and cons of a balanced economy

Hi I looking to buy a speed bag with a good platform and a double bag.

First of all what type of speed bag should i get for home use? does quality make a difference?

I liked the ringside heritage speed bag and the CLETO REYES SPEED BAG

Any suggestions on which one i should get

How thick should the rebound board be for the platform to make it a decent set-up?
