so i was legally walking uphill on a sidewalk with my bike, a salesman from a dealership was driving a class 7 vehicle aka gmc like truck newer version though, he was coming out of the driveway he seen me walking past an he looked the other way when he pulled out and hit my elbow which made me tip over my bike and i fell, my knee hit and elbow was hit, and he mentioned he never hit me and asked to for coffee inside. ok so i was recently incarcerated, and got sent to the hole for 2days str8, my 1st time ever, so now, a year later, i easily get "panic attacks" when i ride the bus, or in a car on a freeway esp. at night and i start to freak out, my breathing gets harder i feel i cant breathe sometimes, my hands shake and gets sweaty sometimes numb, i feel like i cant swallow my saliva, these are the main symptoms, ive tried herbal med. but still dont help any answers or honest suggestions

long story short as possible, i moved in with an alcoholic friend of the family, i paid $400 a month no contract, 6months later she gets evicted, so the 6th month i paid $200 and she had me move out in the middle of the month, and orderd me to pay the other $200, but i refuse to this day to pay for half a month i didnt stay there well she keeps harrasing me everytime she sees me out somewhere. do i need restraining order? can she sue me in court? remind you she has no proof i paid rent there
