Does this sound like an abusive relationship?
My girlfriend and I have been together since a year now. Now I know for a fact she likes me a lot. However, I think she may be verbally abusive. She constantly bosses me around to do things even when I'm not in mood or may be just busy with other things. She dominates to get what she wants from me as in sexually even when I'm not in mood. She taunts me for every little thing. I never abuse her or hurt her feelings but she constantly yells and bosses me around to get what she wants. I never do that to her and I don't want to be dominant, I just want a good balance of power between us. She keeps taunting me for not having sexy six pack all the time. I'm normal weight but she is very overweight but I never make her realize that and I love her for whatever she looks like. She is constantly nagging about my career choice, my looks and my bedroom performance. She constantly says hurtful things like my ex was just so much better as a person and he was also better in bed. While having sex I said lets try cowgirl riding position and she says(in a derogatory voice) I don't think your c**k can handle that..grow an inch more before you ask me about cowgirl position. Ouch! I mean OK, she is not satisfied...so why can't she just breakup if she is not satisfied with sex, my career and everything. It hurts me because I really like her a lot.,but her behavior is leaving me no choice but to breakup with her..but I'm not so sure. I thought I should ask, is she verbally abusive or this type of behavior is normal? I don't think someone can be this abusive to a person they love.

My girlfriend and I have been together since a year now. Now I know for a fact she likes me a lot and have turned down many guys her parents chose for her (we both come from a culture of arranged marriages). So, it is clear she is really into me. However, I think she is verbally abusive. She constantly bosses me around to do things even when I'm not in mood or may be just busy with other things(job/university/study). She dominates to get what she wants from me as in sexually even when I'm not in mood. Or she would throw tantrums and taunt me for every little thing. I never abuse her or hurt her feelings but she constantly yells and bosses me around to get what she wants. I never do that to her and I don't want to be dominant, I just want a good balance of power between us. She keeps taunting me for not having sexy six pack all the time. 3 AnswersPsychology8 years agoHow to restart friendship with a friend who is very mad at me?
I was very good friends with this girl for 3 years and didn't have any problems between us until we decided to be friends with benefits/ have casual sex no strings attached. But 2 times we met to have sex, I always changed my mind on every occasion and stopped after having oral sex. She wanted complete sex but I said no to her every time...because I was not ready/comfortable to have intercourse(I'm virgin). So she stopped talking to me and banned me on facebook. I guess she is very mad at me. And now I miss the friendship and the intimacy with her. Any ideas on how to get her friendship again? She banned me on Facebook and doesnt answer my phone calls or texts. What should I tell her to win her as a friend again? I'm willing to give her sex if that's what she wants.. but how to tell her all this without sounding like a desperate horny guy?
2 AnswersSingles & Dating8 years agoSex with friend after being separated?
This girl. a long time friend of mine got married last year but due to incompetency and chauvinistic issues she is now separated from her husband and living alone. She is looking for divorce too. We are good friends we talk about everything. She tells me she would like to include some casual sex in our friendship with no strings attached. She made it clear that she will never want to date me or marry me. So basically she wants sex with no attachments and strings or hopes for our marriage. Just 2 friends and casual sex. She said if not me then she will look for other men for sex. What my question is: Is it wrong for me to have sex with her? I mean she is married but separated from her husband since March and she wants divorce(it was a forced marriage of convenience).
1 AnswerFriends9 years agoPublic transportation buses in Virginia and Maryland with "No talking on phone" signs?
Does public transportation buses in Virginia and Maryland have "No talking on phone" sign inside buses for the people riding on bus? I have a friend that refuses talking on phone sometimes saying she can't talk because there is a "NO TALKING ON BUS" sign and she can't talk in lower voice. It sounds weird that buses would have such signs...is this true?
5 AnswersSafety10 years agoGirlfriend hiding previous relationship?
So she was kinda like a friend since 2008 but just recently we started dating. I love her and all but when we started dating we talked about recent relationships, most of the times she kept ignoring talking about it saying "past doesn't matter you are my present and I love you". I told her about who I was with and all but she was like she had never been in love ever. I was reading her facebook page and 3 months ago apparently she had a boyfriend. This guy is not my friend or anything. Her wall is filled with affectionate messages and other stuff that she wrote to him and he wrote to her going back to almost 14 months.
Now I'm puzzled why is she hiding this long relationship while I made it clear that I don't care if she had relationships in past since even I had relationships. I don't know why is she lying when there is absolutely no need for lying. I love her and she knows that nothing can change it. I don't mind her past but I feel like she is not being honest and being a liar. What could be the reason behind such behavior?
