Many months ago I noticed a cyst develop on my left shoulder, that was extremely painful, but since April has stopped growing but remains present and less painful. In mid-April I experienced an unprecedented discomfort, pain, and internal movement of what may have been liquids or digested food that was dislodged somewhere in my upper abdomen. Since then, I had pinches of pain for about a week or two, and for the past few months I have had unusual bowel movements, sometimes being constipated for few days at a time, and other times defecating multiple times. The feces is usually brown, brownish green, or dark brown, and either soft or in lumps, but never diarrhea, nor with blood, nor completely normal as it used to be. I have also noticed strange sensations, almost like an air bubble or liquid movement, within my left half of the brain/skull, weird sensations around my left chest, and occasional minor back pain, especially when my colon seems full. The other day, I also noticed a bit of blood coming from my left nostril, and for the past few months have had weird nasal passage blockages from something deeper than my nostrils themselves. I am not sick with any sort of flu that I know of, and would greatly appreciate anyone who's able to suggest what may be wrong with me, and what I can do about it.

I own a paid-off 2012 Hyundai Veloster with 120,000 miles on it; however, the engine is dead, and needs to be replaced, which is expected to cost $5,000. I do not have anywhere close to $5,000 available to spend, nor am I expecting any substantial income for the next couple months. I currently have more than $5,000 in unrelated debts, and my credit score is bad, so auto loans to purchase a new vehicle have insanely high interest rates. I am currently driving a long-term rental on a monthly basis, for $486 per month. So, my question is, would it be smarter for me continue renting my vehicle while paying off debts and improving my credit score/worthiness, to later repair my own vehicle, or purchase a new vehicle?

I am a Florida resident who recently relocated to and am now residing and working in Virginia. I ve already applied for and received my Virginia driver s license, and I currently possess Virginia auto insurance - as I claimed to my insurer that I would soon have my vehicle registered in Virginia. However, at that time, I was unaware of the Virginia vehicle inspection required to register my vehicle in Virginia, and my vehicle has failed this inspection. I am unable to afford the corrections to pass the inspection, thus, I am unable to register my vehicle in Virginia at this time. So, my vehicle remains registered in Florida, although I have a Virginia driver s license and Virginia auto insurance. Is this legal, or illegal, and what are my options here?
