What is the best way to get my book out into the world. :)

My sister wrote a book and went through a publisher, but she had to

pay for copies of her own. Which doesn't make sense to me. I wrote

the book, I should get as many copies as I want without paying anything.

Corn starch and molasses cookies HELP PLZ!!!?

I've just made molasses cookie dough and I needed 6 cups of flour,

but only had 4 cups. Can I substitute corn starch for the other 2 cups
