I wouldn't say I get a panic attack because its not like I'm shaking or have a sudden urge to leave the room. I fell as if I've just lost it, in my head I feel as if I'm shaking but I'm not shaking physically, I don't even know how to explain it. it started in about September and its not on a regular basis, every couple of weeks I will have a couple of days when I feel really panicky. What is it and what shall I do?

I'm British so don't celebrate Thanksgiving but I understand that Thanksgiving is about being grateful for what you already have so why do the next day people go fighting and rioting for bargains, shouldn't they be grateful since it was thanksgiving? This just doesn't make sense can someone explain please?

I'm in year 10 and obviously this time next year I'll be applying for collage/sixth form so should I start looking into courses and stuff now or is it too early?

This year I'm going to buy my two closest friends (14 year old girls) presents and I'm not sure what to buy them? I'm thinking about 10 pound each because I don't have much money. I'm also going to buy my three sisters and my brother a present, as well as my mum and dad. 2 of my sisters are twins and their 8, my other sister is 13 and my brother is 5 (nearly 6). My 12 year old sister and I have decided that we are going to buy our twin sisters and brother a present together, so that will be a bit cheaper. We're also going to get a present for mum and dad of both of us so that'll be cheaper again. So I need ideas for my 2 friends(14,14), my 3 sister (12,8,8) and my brother (5). Any ideas will be helpful. I need to know pretty soon so I can start buying them. Thank you.

I have a pair of floral Doc Martens for Christmas and I'm really stuck about what I can wear with them. Leggings? Dress? People wear dresses with them, but what type of dress could I wear? Would it have to be plain? Please give pictures or links to websites. Hope you can help.
