If you dont talk and Especially if they started dating someone past 6 months or more?

My dream started of by me having a birthday party with family and couple friends there I never see. I know sounds like a weird question,but here is the deal he proposed a year ago and I'll admit I was obsessed about getting married but no plans were being made once he told me he doesn't want to plan cause we don't have the money I backed out. And personally think he isn't big on the idea but his mom is making plans to take a trip to make it happen this year and no not with her money . So I think she's forcing him and she's probably the reason he proposed in the first place I mean that's how I got the ring. So what I do? First of all I used to get ton of compliments ,having being with my fiance for 2 years and after giving birth last year I feel so ugly. I hunger to be told I'm beautiful. Fiance never says it unless I say do I look pretty he says yes. But gets pissed saying why do I need to tell you everyday?? Thing is I dont ask everyday but he acts like he doesn't have to say it. I love him but wish a man would say something. .after I dyed my hair I got ton of compliments on facebook. Seriously why does this matter to me. I don't look on fleek like every other girl.

I never been close to family,now that I'm older it's worse. My dating life has always sucked,I'd get close but most time doesn't work out. I'm engaged now but I think our relationship isn't super lovely in fact we conflict alot. Friends I barely habe them that's days lot friendships I had didn't work out. Its like I can't have healthy relationships and I feel awkward trying get close to people. Why is this? Some reason if i get yelled at or think someone doesn t like me or thinks negative about me I start feeling ugly and like I m a horrible person. Sometimes I start smacking myself on the face or head. I sometimes will do it in front of them only if they are like family or its my fiance. Why do I do this. Why do I feel worthless when people show negative feelings towards me?

I'm bout 10 weeks n few days it's been very irritated down there so I used cream until I read the back said not use while pregnant and what I used was miconazole nitrate. Is this safe? Will my baby be ok?

If my last 2 periods came every 2 weeks and it hasn't come yet after 2 weeks this time is my cycle going back normal or could I be pregnant and yeah had unprotected sex for 2 weeks now
