Actually I resolved the problem. Because she cannot hold her alcohol she blabbed a lot of personal details to another friend. I thought she was a confidente and then found out she could not keep her mouth shut. After discussing it with her when she was sober, I followed up with a note to explain that my life is private and I would never devulge info from friend to friend. I haven't heard from her since, but I am not eager to rekindle the friendship.. I think it is one of her downfalls.

I met a gentleman two years ago and through the next 12 months he kept telling me about all this money he had, He also paid off a $55,000+++ mortgage and the trail of its source is not known. He became friends with a couple little old ladies, (his goals) and as a result these two became of source of Manipulation, control, ransom, and blackmail. It appears they want their $$$ back, however he had it absorbed directly into the mortgage, not passing under his name. This way, the way to conceal it is to make sure his name was not throwing out any flags. That is how he aborted a tax trail and having to pay any tax on the money. Now they want their money back, he is not cooperating, as well he is getting ready to hit the road and stay a nomad with no fixed address. I know that because he always bragged about all the little steps he had to take to get on the road. He also cashed checks (money launder) for his daughter in law, to pay off her husband's her on the tight rope so that he could have some liquid cash while he was awaiting his social security benefits. Those checks were written from her small business account in Alaska, and I am curious as to how she cheated her way around those transactions. Sneaking past the IRS is pretty risky.
