What is a good online school to do from home for business?

I am considering getting a degree in business management, administration, marketing (any of these, maybe all of them) and I was wondering which school would offer one. Its has to be reputable, people can print out their own degrees now I hear. It needs to be done from home as I don't want to travel. As for going to school in a regular college, I can't afford that and keep my job at the same time. I already have a degree in computer technology and 5 years in the field but am looking to start my own business.

If there is a better place to ask this question, please let me know. yahoo answers is nice but there are others out there and I have no clue where to start.

Also, is there anything for lawyers by chance? I don't need to be prestigious, just want a piece of paper backed by a reputable school. Or para-legal or something to that matter, just to have some training in law so that I can better understand it for my future business.

What are my options for storing a copy of my collection of Smallville episodes on my computers hard drive? I got plenty of space and would rather save them on my computer to play back instead of handling the dvds. No handling means no scratches imho.

Basically, what is a good format to store them as?

Also, what options do I have in free and/or burning software?

I have all 7 seasons so I know it will take a while and I have lots of time.

I am currently using 600 DPI to scan because 300-600 was recommended and I prefer the amount of detail each photograph has in case for some reason in the future, someone wants to zoom in on a particular part.

ATM I am using PNG and the files are large, which is fine because space isn't a problem on my computer.

My question is this: What is best format for scanning in pictures? JPG, PNG or some other? Please explain why and the positives of each and negatives of each.

Any other tips would be appreciated as I don't really have much knowledge on this particular topic. Even a website explaining the basics and advanced techniques would be appreciated.

What programs can I use to create a website and where can I learn how to upload it to my ISPs servers and stuff like that. I have had a little training with dreamweaver so I understand some concepts but haven't really go into it as it was more of a hobby then actually anything I used at work. (general computer technician)

My girlfriend wants me to choose between my family and her, would someone who loves you, even ask you that? My family loves me, respects me and cares for me deeply. I think it's wrong of her to even ask me to choose...never the less, she is forcing me to choose which i want to keep. What do you think? Does she even have the right to ask me to choose?
