I am almost 19, received my G1 8 months ago and due for my G2 road test any day now, took a certified driver's education course. I'm looking for a new car that won't cost me a lot and will still look cool. I had these cars in mind: Mitsubishi Lancer, Honda Civic, Mazda 3, Chrysler Sebring, Dodge Charger, Nissan Altima, Dodge Avenger, all would be 2008 or 2009 models, with A/C, automatic transmission with sport-shifting if available. Which would you recommend and why? I'm looking for the car with the lowest insurance rate ...

I was driving in my lane, the only car driving in my direction for a block, and I'm on a major road, at the speed limit (60 km/h) ... A car comes on a side road, passes the stop sign, and stops in the middle of my lane ... If I were to have hit him, who would be at fault? Would it affect my insurance? Although I usually drink "neat", I've tried mixing vodka with Coca-Cola products, such as Coca-Cola, Sprite, and Fanta ... and I've tried mixing vodka with Pepsi-Cola products such as Pepsi, 7-Up, and Mountain Dew ... yet I've noticed that the Coca-Cola products taste better. Why?
