My two cents

I have some half inch thick pork loin chops to make for dinner. I am so bored with pan fried, grilled and baked chops. Is there something i could do with them by maybe dicing them up and adding to something? I would rather not make pork fried rice since I dont have soy sauce. Any ideas??

I have a small peice of land being given to me and want to put a mobile home on it. Right now, the county I live in is waiving thier 10k impact fees. Im not ready to put the home on the lot, but can I go ahead and set up the address and establish the lot to take advantage of the fees being waived, while not putting anything there? Or do I have to be putting the house up at that time?

Someone I know has been pulled over 3 times for driving on a suspended license. He just pleaded not guilty and they said he may face 60 to 90 days in jail. How likely is it that he can escape jail time? Anyone know. We live in Florida.

My husband and I were serious issues within our marriage and general homellife. I moved out and took the kids with me. He has since begun counseling and seems to be trying to make the effort. In the meantime, I am living with my mom and being here introduces a whole stack of new issues. My husband wants me to come back home, and I want to go back. I want to be back in my own home, and I want my kids to be in their regular surroundings again. The problem is that my family will give me a ton of grief about it. Since the seaparation, they do not like my husband and are against me going back. I dont want them to think that I dont appriciate them putting us up and helping me out, but I really feel like I should go back home. I told my husband we can have separate rooms and work it out slowly, but I just want to bring us back for our general comfort. I know that they will still love me and all if I go back, I just worry that the relationship will be strained. What to do??

My step son is 13 and has had problems for along time. His mother has been testing him for all sorts of things and she is now saying that they know what the problem is. She says he has a type of autisim. I didnt realize that there were different types. She says its something like FDD, I guess like ADD? I have done a search and found nothing. Okay, so we are getting ready to move and I am weeding out toys. I have 2 and 3 year old boys they have so much stuff. So they have these toys that they do not pay any attention to whatsoever, and I cant bring myself to get rid of them. I'm like, they dont play with them, but then I go, its such a nice toy and its still in their age range, maybe they will like it. I just dont have the storage room for them in the new place though. So should I hang on to em, because they are just so great, or get over it and part with it?

I use vinegar to mop my tile floors and love it. However, we had a puupy here for 2 weeks that was not housebroken and I want to make sure that the floor is not only clean but disinfected. I can use Lysol on the floors, but not very much because it will leave them sticky. SO, if I use the vinegar, will they be disinfected?

My friend and I want to go out tonight. I am a stay at home mom of 2 and she is a single working mom of 1. We both need to get out! We arent into the club or bar scene. What is there to do?

We are currently renting a house from a friend. The friend swore that because we were friends we didnt need a lease, we didnt want to, but went along with it. Well, now, 6 months later, he has sold the house to his father because of finacial troubles. His father calls us out of the blue to tell us what happened and says he is upping the rent and will expect 1st last and security by June 1st. We cannot be out until the end of June as we need to time to save for the cost of moving. Since we have no lease, if we decide not to pay Junes rent, can he legally evict us before then? I know we cant hold him to any standards because we dont have a lease, so can he hold us to any for the same reason? Can he evict us or sue us for the rent if we have no contract?
