On wednesday, we had P.E and the teacher never gave us time to warm up and do stretches, we just got on with the main activity. on friday, i started to feel really bad pains in my stomach and it still does now. I can't stretch, bend, laugh or sneeze without feeling a pain in my stomach and sometimes on my ribcage. what can i do to recover and is the pain because of P.E or something else? I don't feel ill or anything, i just have this pain.

I'm looking for fine glitter in quite a few colours (red, silver, gold, light blue, white and black). I've checked in osbournes and they're really expensive and whsmith dont sell them. I need about 250g of each colour but i want to spend under £10. I don't mind going over a bit but not too much. Thanks!

There's a girl at my school who I'm friends with but she annoys me a lot. She copies me with everything I do and she follows me a lot. Say if I ask her if she likes something and she says yes and I say no, she'll say, well it's alright even though I can tell that she likes it a lot or if I'm laughing at something and she sees me laughing, she'll start laughing even though I can tell that she doesn't know what's going on. I've also noticed that she always makes her reaction the same as mine so if I react to something, she'll look at me first and then react the exact same way as me.

If really annoys me and I can't think of a way to tell her to back off a bit. She's a really nice girl to be friends with but these things about her just really annoy me!

I'm 13 and I want to loose a bit of weight on my thighs. I want to do something which doesn't require too much equipment. I have a yoga mat.

I just need to know some short exercises or workouts. Also, how often would I have to do the workout?
