I’ve just finished cycling my tank using the fish in method alongside using atm colony. My nitrites and ammonia have dropped to 0 and nitrates are at 5ppm, do I need to do a water change before adding more fish?

After going to a local GP my girlfriend got a referral to an abortion clinic to have a medical abortion, the first appointment at the hospital to speak to an actual abortion is scheduled for tomorrow and we don't know what to expect. Will it purely be a consultation with tests and then another appointment for the pills to start the abortion, or will she be offered to start it immediately at this appointment? my girlfriend just spotted this creature on my bedroom wall, it was like a tiny white caterpillar inside what looked like a dust and hair covered cocoon.. the cocoon like thing was quite dusty and tiny tubular shaped, the caterpillar like creature poked its body out and crawled up the wall with part of it's body still inside of the cocoon thing so it could travel along with it. I managed to get hold of it and squeeze it out, it basically looked like a off white tiny caterpillar, is that what it was or something else?

unfortunately discovered i'm wheat intolerant and have eliminated it from my diet (for the most part), my skin is now a lot clearer after suffering with acne for years, so it definitely has been worth it, but i'm just wondering if it's dangerous to your health to eat wheat if you are wheat intolerant?

i'm less than a month into my new contract for the iphone 7 plus and the phone is already being faulty, the screen goes black more so when the phone is tilted to the side or when on some apps or games and the touchscreen also has become faulty, when locked i can't use the touchscreen at all i have to unlock it, and it also lags sometimes, i've been told to take it into my local O2 store, what exactly will they do replace it or fix it?

my hair firstly is a nightmare, thin on top, thick on the back and a mix of the two on the sides! i'm a guy that uses hair products, so my hair has to be washed every day, recently i've gone through the process of going from brunette to blonde so my hair is in terrible condition. i have very straight, fine hair, after showering and blow drying my hair it's extremely brittle, matted even after brushing sometimes and just very dry/dead feeling, what can i use to make my hair feel and look healthy? the colour is completely flat with no shine, it feels like straw, is extremely frustrating

So at 25 I still haven t worked up the courage to see a doctor about my frenulum breve, I can t have retracts my foreskin more than a few cm or have sex without a confirm because it s that tight. I think it s time I get it sorted but just wondered who I see and what will happen, is it a procedure that ll need aenesthetic or just numbing? Can it go wrong I m the sense that they don t cut enough and I ll need to go back? Any help would be great as it s a nerve racking one
