I have been thinking of taking this course recently however in school i didnt do biology i done physics and i went to university and dropped out of Accountancy at my 3rd year due to personal reasons. Ive waited a few years since then and I was wondering if there was any way to still do this course?

My mum is an abusive drunk, everytime she gets drunk she always tries to fight with me, calls me every name under the sun. Tells me how I am a failure and that I will never be anything.

She also says she doesnt accept me for who I am (me being bi) and insults me calling me a poof, a shirtlifter, a whore. Etc. And threatens to tell my dad who would kill me.

I dont have money at this present time to get my own place. I just feel so trapped.

None, nothing. I cant get anything.

Im 19. does anyone have any tips or anything?

I dislike it when my friends spent all their time with their gf and not enough time with his buddies.

I dont mind them spending time together obviously, but he seems to spend ALL his time with her.

Whenever I was with my ex I always made time for my buddies, I always believe that Friends come first.

Yeah I am a bit jealous, but still I dont hate her, I actually like her shes cool but its like he never has time for us anymore.

I watched it once with my cousin, she is into all these reality tv shows like Americas next top model, Tila Tequila etc. I am Bisexual myself and I was shocked too see how she makes Bisexuals look cheap and pathetic.

My friends even ask me if I like that show and I tell them no, and they're like why not? shes bisexual like you, and I just reply she is nothing like me.

Like if they have the ability to repeatedly kill people, yet they couldn't kill an animal or hurt one.

Also someone who would rather die than kill an animal, or didn't care if they died.

Like what ever happened to toughen up?

Also some people don't want to share personal secrets with a total stranger.

You dont know what that person is like. They might get thrills to what you're saying.

Plus, all they seem to do anyway is prescribe medication.

All I see on Yahoo Answers is go see a therapist. But I guess because Im from Scotland that its not really acceptable to go see a therapist, or not well talked about.

But even then, little things that seem like nothing people are telling others to go see a therapist lol.

I do believe that major cases, depression, mental illness, suicidal people, and sociopaths should see therapists and get help.

How to train confidence if possible.

Apart from speaking in a mirror lol I think that idea is a bit stupid.

Should I just speak to people more. My mums always been distant with me I never could ask her anything or even have a normal conversation without her complaining or throwing stuff at me.

I dont really love anyone, I like people but I dont love them, like if my mum died today I would be a little upset but I wouldnt be distraught.

I have absolutely no fear, I do really stupid things for fun and I have no fear of death.

Im only happy for a couple of seconds and then Im basically back to a neutral state of mind, same with anger.

I dont get upset or sad or nothing.

But Im starting to get annoyed, get told to be quiet whenever I ask my mum a question or my old friends used to just make fun of everything I said (I stopped hanging around with them)

I want to learn how to speak out a bit more, talk to new people or even talk to the people I know. Whenever Im with people It seems like I cant find anything to say either or if it is something to say its so stupid that I wont say it, so I usually keep quiet.

If It was a normal friend it would be a bit less worrying or awkward.

I dont really follow a religion, but I do believe in a god or something that created the universe. However ever Athiest I ever talked too seem to think they know everything about how everything works. I dont really share my beliefs with everyone. But whenever my best friend tells us he cant do something because of his religion my other friends (he is the only one with religious beliefs although most of my family are catholic) treat him like he is an idiot and that he is clueless (this is one example in a long list). They say that they get sh*t for being athiest however it seems to me that they are the ones dishing it out. And seriously who can take diehard christians seriously. The "your going to hell for "insert quote here".

The Exorsist, The Shining, Saw, Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Hills Have Eyes, Most of the Dawn of the Dead series (awesome they may be but not scary) Wrong Turn 1 and 2 (good 3rd is supposed to be terrible so havent seen it) The Descent 1 and 2. The House of 1000 Corpses (Pretty Badass). Paranormal Activity(Boring terrible) The Hills Have Eyes. Strangers, REC.The Human Centipede. Ive seen most commercial horrors and none of them have even striked an emotion outta me.

Now even if its banned I want too see it, I want too be scared more than the time I watched Mama Mia and Sex and the City (forced watch nearly killed myself)

I always feel anxious. Especially when I need to do something important real important. Then its like a struggle to do it. I get nervous alot and Im typically a shy person.

I dont know why I came out to all my friends and they're fine with it. and basically my mum (she refuses to believe it but oh well).

Anyways, I just feel like Ill never be like everyone ele, Im different, I'd rather be gay than bisexual because at least they only get hated by the straights, not from both ends.

I want some stuff that will disturb me... I have never really been scared at any horrors Ive ever seen.

So anything that can remotely disturb me will be good

Yo I dont want films like Dawn of the Dead, Shining, Rec, The strangers, The Hills have Eyes, Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Halloween (although thats probably been the best horror Ive seen, not scary just awesome) And Paranormal Activity isnt scary if anyone tries to mention that.

So I need something that is really messed up because I am kinda messed up and Ive never really been scared at any films (I blame it on my brother he made me watch Horror films and play resident evil since I was 5)
