When lifting on the bench press today after adding more weight eventually I would feel a slight shock in my right forearm. I decided to stop only because it seemed like I might hurt myslf if I had kept going. Can anyone tell me what that is from wheather or not it is bad for me and how I can prevent it. I just think its hilarious how a terrible song can be so famous just for whats going on in it.
