Hi, im thinking about selling my fairly new car but have no experience how to do so. I heard selling it privately is better so I want to try that.

ok so lets say i get rear ended by a tailgator and the only damages are very minor barely noticeable scratches but i keep the nice check and instead get the scratches buffed out or whatever. if i want to add collision coverge and they inspect my car and find very minor scratches will they deduct coverage? also if i get rear ended again and my bumper is totaled, will the insurance of the person at fault know and refuse to replace my bumper?

basically are they like the cia and will know about that and punish me for it?

Should I keep the $500 check and pocket it or spend it on what seems unecessary repairs?

Also got the car as a gift brand new and it was paid for in full cash!

also if i dont fix it and someone rear ends me badly and my bumper has to be replaced will the persons insurance deny to fix my damages because of keeping the check?

Ive had very bad experiences in my life and i have the chance to go to egypt and be with my loving amazing boyfriend, get married and live there with him. Ive been abused by mother my whole life and a bunch of other things and i want to start fresh and actually live my OWN life and get her out f my way. But i wanna get my citizenship first so i dont have to worry about losing my permanent residence which is so hard to get. and yes we are both young adults and he will provide everything there since he wants to rescue me and give me a happier more peaceful life. He thinks its not worth me being here longer with me abusive mother to get a citizenship and i wants me to come be there with him and escape from her, and yes i would cut ties with for sure. so its either take that chance or keep being killed slowly by my mother. your opinions?

I've been with my bf for about a year since we officially met when I visited Egypt last December and been dating since but we did meet before that through my stepdad while he was on Skype and talked occasionally. Anyways I have nothing here I mean I'm tortured and feel like a prisoner under my mom she is always giving me problems and blocking my way to move forwards. My boyfriend is such a good person and my best friend. He knows everything about my mom but feels so helpless to defend me. He loves and cares about me so much and like ways. It's very hard because my mom also blocks me to talk with him so be is always so worried about me and fears the worst. He doesn't want to come to America because he would have to start all over again here since he had built his life there. My mother will never accept for me to move on and get married and live a normal human life. My boyfriend wants to rescue me from my abusive mother and come start a new life with him there. He wants to give me a good happy life and provide everything for me because he loves me so much and all he wants in return is for me to be near him and live a life together. You guys can't even imagine what my mother has done to me. She stole a big inheritance my deceased father left for me. I grew up in foster care systems . I live a very troubled life and despite that I still am kind to my mom but I think is time to take a risk or be squashed by her continuously! Ok so it is a 2012 Mazda 3 I touring, my first car just got it 3 months ago and was paid for in full cash. Yesterday I was exiting a shell gas station to turn right and I was yielding to traffic on to the lane I need to turn(right). The two other lanes are to go straight and left, they were at a red light. So after all the cars pass and its clear for me to go meaning no oncoming vehicle at all at the time. I began to turn into the lane and was about or fully halfway through almost done completing my full turn, and Bam! A car just jams through my front bumper at fast speed. My front bumper is not fully severed but its ripped up and there are holes on the lower bumper. And a lot of scratches. Basically my whole front area needs to be fixed or replaced. She took out my front license plate and it looked like a curly fry laying on the street. My point is the lane was clear for me to go and I'm already taking up most of it and almost fully in so a car can't have enough room to just fly past me, I don't see myself at fault here at all to be very honest! I'm a very careful driver and very aware and cautious even though I'm new. The other car only has a dent on the right passenger side above the front tire(medium size dent) and she kept driving too I thought she was running away and I flagged her and called the police. They came and said they can't file a police report because it is not enough damage to do so(more minor in their eyes) so we did the contact exchange form. I called my insurance geico and finally got through to the adjuster and did the statement and I felt even worse after because she said I'm always negligent when it comes to right turns. I explained to her the lane was very clear for me to go since I was waiting for all the cars to pass and I had no idea where she came from maybe she decided to go right instead of straight and went in front of me idk but I'm certain it was clear for me to turn because I double checked again before I did. The lady has to call the other party involved to get a statement and go from there and she has progressive btw. I have been crying and freaking out because its a brand new car I got as a gift and I'm so careful towards it and I have no clue if they will fix it or blame me for everything which was not in my control. I have comprehensive not collision coverage so I'm in panic mode I swear. What do you guys think will be my fate? And also if I had to replace to whole front of my car, how much you think? Of course the other lady claims a totally different story opposite of mine I'm going crazy be I know I'm not blind and saw a clear way to proceed. She should not run past In front of someone without enough space since my car was out. Either she was speeding too fast or change lanes without noticing me but I know at the time it was clear for me to go.

Also do you think it's expensive to get another license plate?

since sometime last year mines has started to growl constantly like all damn day and it barely did before that. I dont know what hell is going on but it is very annoying and embarrasing and loud! maybe i need a detox or something idk....
