I can remember a time when life wasn't this good. I'm happily married to the love of my life, I have a beautiful son. And I have a great job. I did have some problems at the end of '08. Right after I found out I was pregnant with my second, I sadly miscarried. So we're stuck in the world of trying to conceive, but we're not getting obsessed about it. God will give me a child when he thinks I'm ready for it. He knew that I needed time to grieve for my grandfather who passed away 3 weeks after my miscarriage - the Saturday before Christmas. <3 xXRadiant TragedyXx <3

  • Problems in pregnancy at 16 weeks?

Hey guys, I'm 22 and almost 17 weeks pregnant with my second. And I'm feeling a little concerned. With my first, I didn't have any problems, no morning sickness and no Braxton Hicks contractions (that I recall) so I'm completely out of my league here with this one. I can handle being sick all the time, but this past Thursday I started having issues that really make me concerned.

Hubby & I went out to eat Thursday night, and my stomach was feeling very tight and crowded, so I went to the ladies room. However, afterward, I felt no relief. There was still massive pressure and my lower abdomen was really tight. I tried to ignore it and eat my meal. About halfway through, I just couldn't take it anymore and we left. At home, I got on the computer for a little while for some classwork. After about 30 minutes, still no relief, I finally decided to just go to sleep instead of being awake miserable. I woke up fine the next morning and had lots of errands for work, that made me a little tired and worn out, but the worst thing I felt was a little like menstrual cramping.

Over the last couple of days, I've had lots of crampiness, like I'm about to start my period, and some vaginal pressure, but I kept trying to convince myself that I was freaking out over nothing and refused to call the doctor. I'm starting to doubt my decision. This morning I woke up with the same tightness in my stomach... and it wouldn't go away until I got up and got a shower and (TMI ALERT) when I was cleaning myself down there, there was a wad of slimy yellow discharge. But the cramping did go away, it's much lighter but off and on now.

So I'm really wondering, am I experiencing Braxton Hicks guys? With my son, I was induced and didn't feel anything but pain in my back, so I'm way out of my league. Can you guys help?

    Thanks!!

  • Is this my liability or his?

My husband worked for a guy in texas. They were at a customers house and i was told to prepare a house in order to paint it. He trimmed a small tree away from the house. When he was nearly done he was informed they were not supposed to cut the tree. He did not get fired and the home owner told his boss it was okay. He later left employment. Now three weeks later his boss is threatening to sue my husband for the tree which was worth $1000 dollars. What are the chances he can win? Isn't that his boss's liability because he was working for him and he did not tell him ahead of time about the tree.

  • Tax question, please read.?

My husband and I got married in June of 08. He owes back taxes from his small business he used to own. My question is: if we were to file Married, Filing Separately, will his previous liabilities suck up my return? I'd just like to know for planning possibilities.

  • How do you clean a scatter rug?

I have a little bit of a problem. I bought a scatter rug at Lowe's for my son's room (it has the little roads he can drive his hotwheels on) and our new puppy seems to think that he can pee on it because it's green. He's doing it less and less, but I've noticed that there are pee stains on the other side of the rug, no matter how much we've cleaned the top. My question is, can you put it in the washing machine on gentle cycle and the dryer on low heat? Or is there any other way to do this?

    Thanks!

  • How many roses would I need for my wedding?

I'm having about 10-12 tables (unsure on definite amount of guests so far) that seat about 12 people. I was curious how many roses I should order for 2 moms, 1 dad, a brother, 3 groomsmen and three bridesmaids and my bouquet. I'm trying to do this myself, but I'm not sure how many to order! Can anyone help me with this. Also, I'll have the cake table I'd like to decorate. Thanks in advance!

  • Pain In Lower Back!?

I have been having a lot of lower back pain lately. My fiance put his arm around me and barely tapped on my spine and it felt like knives radiating into my spine. Can anybody tell me what this might be from!? Could it be from the 3 times that they had to use the epidural needle 17 months ago when I had my son (I figure that pain shouldn't relapse)?

  • Confused About Child Support Laws.?

I am twenty years old and I have a nearly 8 month old son, whose father signed the paternity on his birth certificate. He has recently moved to Indiana "to find himself," but he does not pay any child support. I want him to be a part of my child's life, but there were expenses that I accrued due to the pregnancy, such as maternity clothes and things for the nursery. He gave me enough money to get a rocking chair for the nursery, period. Everyone feels like I should be getting child support, including me, most of the time. I'm worried that it will make his family hostile. His mom told me when I first found out that I was pregnant that she would take me to court for custody if she had to and that the father should not have to pay child support because she never received child support. What should I do? Should I ask for child support or should I just take care of myself and my son with what little I can? I am afraid that there will be things that he needs that I cannot afford.
