Do you guys think that Congress can actually pass it into law?

For example: If I decided to help expand our 2nd Amendment and I sued the federal government for violating our 2nd Amendment which is the right to bear arms. On the basis that the "Hughes Amendment" aka "civilian machine gun ban after 1986" is a direct violation of our 2nd Amendment because it infringes on our right to bear arms. Let's say I hired the best lawyers that money could buy, which would cost me several million dollars.

What are the odds of me winning such a case in favor of our beloved 2nd Amendment and our right to bear arms?

If all our foreign creditors, lenders, and domestic bond holders where to forgive our government's debt and our deficit today, what would happen to the American economy tomorrow?

For example: let's say that I became the world's first trillionaire with a trillion dollars or euros in my bank account. Everytime I invest it the stock market it goes up, everytime I sell, it drops thousands of points. Whenever I buy thousands of properties of real estate all at once prices suddenly appreciate, whenever I sell, they suddenly collapse. Whenever I buy silver bullion, it goes up to $49 per ounce, whenever I sell it drops to $25. I'm worried about the SEC or other government agencies interfering with my wishes to expand my wealth. Will the government put me in prison for being too rich? Will they claim that I'm manipulating the markets? I'm only trying to make more money with my trillion dollars, how can that be a crime?

I know of billionaires and millionaires, but I haven't heard of a trillionaire yet.

A government that limits the 2nd Amendment...is it the same as infringing the 2nd Amendment? The 2nd Amendment is the right to bear arms.

What is the true definition of: the right to bear arms "shall not be infringed".
