Mechanic help bmw 4 series ?
Hello,
I need some help....please
A mechanic changed my brake discs and pads on my bmw 420d series (16 plate) and today my tracking is slightly off, I have to slightly turn the wheel right to go In a straight line. This only started since yesterday’s disc and pad replacement. It was driving fine before.
I went back to the mechanic and he told me that the two are not connected? And that changeing the discs does not affect the tracking/alignment
what I would like to know is, is he correct? Should I believe him ?
3 AnswersMaintenance & Repairs7 months agoShall I buy a car with an MOT due in Nov ?
I’ve had a BMW 4 series 16plate car checked and inspected by AA And they’ve said it’s excellent condition scoring 90/100 on a 204 point check.
The only thing is the MoT is due in Nov and also a service, the price of the car is about 15k and this is a private seller
Advice please ? Yay or nay?
Mileage is 32k - Mot has been extended due to covid
1 AnswerBuying & Selling8 months agoShould I Buy a used BMW 4 series 16 plate now? Or should I wait for Until after the new mode is released?
I’m thinking of buying a used bmw 4 series 420d m sport for around £15000. But I’m aware the face lift Model is coming in October this year 2020. Should I wait till October and see if the older models depreciate further or shall I go ahead and buy this car?
If they do depreciate will I be saving a lot or is something in the regions of £100-£200.
Any answers or advice would be appreciated.
