I was wondering if anyone knew what the laws in Alabama were regarding to Child Medical.

Say a child is 5 years old, and the parent is NOT providing medical to the child, is this illegal? If so, who would someone contact?

My ex was approved to relocate with our daughter, He was supposed to send her back for her 2 week visit with me for christmas. He did not send her. The judge said that if she wasnt here on the 21st like it said in the parenting plan, he will push the contempt forward, and I could file for him to move back. So in this situation I dont know what paperwork to file, I have searched all over the internet, and I dont have money for an attorney. Does anyone know how to "revoke the relocation" and would I be able to file for temp custody? I had custody from birth to 3 years old, he then filed some bogus orders and got her from 3yrs old until current. She is 5 now.

I am in Washington and he is now in Alabama if that makes a difference, and he moved there about 3 months ago.

I am looking for somewhere online preferable that has Cheap hair extensions, I want the kind that are on the weft!!

I pierced my lip about 2 days ago, but it was starting to feel tight, so I switched to a 16 gauge bar. Well, after I put this in, my lip feels heavy and sags!

This wouldnt be because of "nerve damage" would it?

I pierced my labrea a few years ago, and I dont member this happening.

To those moms who have had a breech baby late in pregnancy. What did it feel like when your baby turned to head down?

I went to an ultrasound last week, and the doc said baby was in breech. Her feet are down low, and her head is over on the side of my belly. She is 5lbs 4oz according to the ultrasound, and the doc said there is lots of Amniotic fluid.

Does anyone know if it is possible for her to move to the correct position from now on. I am due July 5th, so I am 37wks and 3days.

I also am 1cm dilated.

Aww, I wanted to share this with the other mommies out there.. Got some tears from reading it :-)

1. Your newborn stares into your eyes — he's actually working hard to memorize your face. He doesn't understand anything else about the world, but he knows you're important.

I got my male cat when he was 4 weeks, and my female when she was 12 weeks. Both late july (* july 29th and july 31*) Now it might just all be in my head, because I am pregnant. These two are like BEST friends, they NEVER leave each other.

My female cat is sorta a brat and always has been, but lately she has been acting like I dont feed her, and needing to sleep in my bed. Which is weird. I read up on the possibility of pregnancy but her nipples arent getting bigger (*i dont think*)

He would have turned 5 months old on Dec. 10th and she would have turned 7 months on Dec. 8th. Is it possible that they could have bred while I was not at home, and I didnt know about it? He would be the only possible suspect :-). My other animals here are both male dogs. They are quite fond of her, but a yorkie or chihuahua breeding w a cat is slightly out of the question

Should I bring her to the vet and see if they think she is pregnant? Or would it cost me money? Either way It wouldnt really matter, my Fiancee and I would keep all the kittens, if she were. And my male will be getting snipped asap.

The only other thing I was thinking is since they have been around each other since babies, maybe they would think they are siblings, or maybe since I am pregnant I am hallucinating. haha

Im 19 weeks, I was just wondering if any of you other moms have felt your baby kick yet, or if you have felt it have hiccups. Just something fun :-)

I have been feeling my belly baby KICK for about 5 weeks now.. And just last night I could feel little hiccups. (*wasnt very cute at 3-5am*) hehe!!

I just wanted to pass the word around, I have heard some GREAT things about this test and it is CHEAP!! 10weeks and up 34dollars.. :-)

I got him from a breeder about 4m ago, and he will sneak into my room and purposely poop and pee all over my bed. I quit letting him sleep in my room the First time he peed in there. So instead he started chewing things up. I bought him a crate and he started sleeping in his crate every night. and all he does is WHINE all night long. Then just recently about a month and a half ago he started peeing and pooping all over it. My fiancee takes him and our chihuahua out every couple hours. My chihuahua is only 6m old, and never has had any behavioral issues like my Yorkie does. He also has never peed or pooped in his kennel. I feed all my pets at the same time EVERY day, and that is at about 6pm. I am almost to the point where im going to get rid of him.. I am 5m pregnant, and I cant be having this dog doing whatever he wants when i have my baby. Not to mention he will poop right in front of me on the floor, not long after i have take him outside.. When he is in his Kennel he will move the puppy piddle pad in there and poop in all of the corners and right in the middle almost like he is doing it just to make me mad. He ALWAYS lays right in his poop after he does it also.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to get him to stop this. I wont give him much longer, considering I have put a lot of time into him, and my fiancee and I are both getting VERY irritated with him.
