I have had this pain since Saturday November 24th, today is November 26th. I woke up with it in my right arm, also in the left but not nearly as severe, i feel it in my arm from thr tricep above the elbow to shoulder.

I did do a series of pushups against a wall on Friday, afterwards I felt moderate tightness in my shoulders, but nothing unbearable, however when I woke up on Saturday it was in rough shape, I put heat on it fior awhile and took Aleve, then when about my day, I carried several moderatly heavy bags of groceries, and while it was somewhat painful, nothing to bad, I figured in a day it would feel better.

Sunday the left arm started feeling as bad as the right, most likley because I was overcompensating with the left.

I can straigten the arm no problem, but i can just barley get it to a 90 degree angle, and it's difficult to eat,drink or rise my arms above chest level.

What is this? does it just require time to heal or do I need to see a Doctor?

I know there is talk that the seventh man for Team WWE could be either Triple H, Vince McMahon, The Miz or Daniel Bryan. Just wanted to know if anyone has heard anything from some more reliable sources, although the source I heard it from said all four have been discussed and it's a reliable source.
