Seems tog against all things liberal people supposedly stand for.

I've been a contract employee for a company for a year and have been offered to become full time. However, I'm bored at the job and it's not a good fit for my current career goals. Should I just move on? It could result in a stint of unemployment but I have adequate savings to cover many months. For clarification I want to do web design / development but am in more of a marketing role.

I'm pretty tired of my corporate job (who isn't), I'm willing to take a risk. What kind of business can I start with a $15,000 dollar start up. I really would prefer it be something that focuses on a local market because I've found outsourcing will eat you up if it's something that can be done in a remote location. Any help?

Seems like every other commercial is an insurance ad. They must spend a ton on advertising. Since it benefits them to sign up more customers and doesn't benefit them to play claims which do they spend more on?

I've been on 6 job interviews in the past 2-3 months and I haven't got a single offer. I don't know what I'm doing wrong? I almost just don't want to go on them anymore because of the rejection. I know I may not be the best salesman but I figure I've got to get an offer eventually?

I got into Grad School for Geography/GIS but didn't go. I live in Austin, TX have an ok job and a good social life. I would have had to move to a small town in North Carolina to go and probably would have been about 30-40 grand in debt afterwards. I tried to get in at a college nearby but was denied. Now my job isn't going well I got moved to a new department that I don't like and my boss I don't get along with. Did I pass up a good opportunity that would have made my life better for the long run for the short term?

My company lost its biggest client. Major layoffs are expected in a couple months. I have an interview with another company this week. If I'm offered a job with the new company is it appropriate to tell my current company I'd like to stay on but need a reassurance I won't be laid off in a few months?

Billboards, mailers, commercials, internet banners. Everyone's in a recession but they're thriving. They're everywhere seems like they're just kind saying take out a loan and give us the money meanwhile you get stuck with the debt.
