Recently I just had an interview with a retail store for a normal sales associate position. After the interview, the manager said he'd call by the next day by night time the latest even if it's a "no." But it's about an hour before the store closes and I still haven't gotten a call. Does this mean I just didn't get hired and they didn't bother to call? Or could it mean they were just busy today and they might possibly call tomorrow?

I was born into a Roman Catholic family but lately I seem very interested in getting to know more about Judaism. I have read many things about the religion and I seem to believe in both. However I heard someone say that it is wrong, which makes me feel pretty bad. I'm an Omnist which means I have the same respect for all religions eitherway. I read something about Judeo-Christians which means you respect both religions equally, could I be that? And if so, is that also wrong?

The song I know for a fact is called pressure (actually no i don t really think thats a fact at this point because i ve searched everywhere) It s kind of a slow song at first then quickly develops a nice beat to it. Then I believe there s a beat drop in it. It may or may not be a remix. I know only one line in the song that gets stuck in my head I m pretty sure it goes like "maybe in another liifee" something like that. YALL PLEASE HELP.

I'm 15 years old ( and a girl btw) and I always wash my face at least once everyday but lately it hasn't really been helping. I know I have the wrong face wash because lately my skin has been really dry and I've been using oil free & I'm going to get the right one soon. I always had bad acne as a middle schooler but since high school started it has cleared up mostly. However recently I've been breaking out more than i normally do. I'm not the healthiest person but I don't stuff my face with junk food either. I also haven't been stressed out but I do get really angry and frustrated because since summer started my mom has been non stop yelling at me for little things. So could it be stress ?

So my quinceanera is coming up in July I need to have my chambelan by the end of March. I was going to ask my boyfriend but even though he's also of mexican descent, he doesn't know what a chambelan does. So should I still ask him and just explain to him what it is? I don't really want to make him feel obligated to say yes even though I know he probably will say yes anyway but there's always that string of doubt that tells me "what if he says no" sort of thing.

So me and my boyfriend have a only been dating for a couple days but we were friends before that. I know that he hasn't had a girlfriend in 2 years and I don't want to rush him into doing romantic things too soon but I would like to know how to deal with a guy who's had little to no experience. So how should I make the first moves? Do I hold his hand? How often do I hug him? (Side note: he hugs me like I'm still his friend, that's how much he doesn't know) So what should I do? Thanks! (He's very talkative and outgoing he just doesn't know how to be romantic or act like a couple.)

Okay so my birthday party is in 9 days and I don't really know what to do. I already planned a water balloon fight but I don't really know what to do after that. I just need some cool, maybe unique, ideas to keep everyone .. un-bored. I'm turning 14 so nothing inappropriate nor childish. I thought we could maybe watch a movie after we eat but I don't know which movie, any suggestions? Thanks! Also I can't have anyone sleep over so please don't suggest that cx

My boyfriend and I started dating 2 weeks ago but he doesn't really talk or anything. Literally all he does is shrug to everything I say. I asked him why he doesn't talk much and he says it's because he's not a very extroverted person and he recently moved here from another state and says its easier talking to people from his state because he's known them longer. I want to make him feel comfortable around me and be able to talk to me like any of his other friends. So what should I do? Should I let him know that he should be able to talk to me like I'm one of his friends? And what are some conversation starters that won't make it awkward and make him talk. He likes dirt bike riding and has 2 siblings. He also likes to play football and baseball. So anything I can make a conversation out of?

So I just got with my boyfriend about 3 days ago. He told all of his guy friends (who are also my friends) that he liked me and that he was going to ask me out at our school's 8th grade formal. He shows up to the formal with a sweater and some jeans and I got kinda embarrassed because i thought he didnt care about it. So everyone was telling me he was gonna ask me out during a slow dance. So while the slow dance song was coming on, he came up to me and said I looked lonely and that if I wanted to dance. I said yes. During the slow dance he asked me if I wanted to go out with him and I said yes. But it was really awkward during the whole song because he was barely even looking at me and when I tried to make a conversation he wouldn't keep it going and just had a blank expression on his face. So I thought he didn't actually like me but then he asked if I wanted to go take the formal pictures they had there and I said yes and he offered to pay for it. Afterwards, he didn't even hang out with me the whole time we were there. And I think he had his eyes on another girl because in class it seemed like he liked her because on facebook we only have 2 mutual friends and that's our guy friend and that one chick. So does he actually like me or is he just not the romantic type?

Side question: If he's not the romantic type how do I get him to open up more and be romantic? And how do I keep our relationship exciting? It's only been 3 days but I just don't want anything to go south. HELP!

So a couple days ago before spring break I yelled in this one guy's face because I thought he said something mean behind my back but it ended up not bring true. I asked my friend for his number so I text him and say sorry since it's spring break and I can't do it in person yet. He forgave me for yelling and we started talking a little about casual things like sports, vacation, etc. But I've texted him first this whole time and I want to text him again but we ran out of things to talk about kind of. I've never really talked to him before because we've had bad history before but it's all passed us and we're trying to be friends but I can't tell if I'm annoying him. (I like him by the way) I've texted him first about 2 times this week, is that enough or do I stop and let him text me? And if I text him first, do I just normally say hi? I've started texting him first with questions so I rthink its a good idea to just say the normal "hi" I know this sounds ridiculous but I just need some help. Also, can you think of any good topic starters? I don't wanna seem desperate or annoying. Also is it a good idea to ask him if we could be real friends? Since we've only had a normal conversation during text. I need honest opinions, I won't get butthurt.

Okay so a couple days ago the guy that I liked asked me out. Previously, we were really good friends. I was actually helping him trying to get the girl he liked to like him back. I wanted him to be happy so I tried to help. But then one day my friend told him I like him and that same day he asked me out. I thought he was only going out with me because he felt bad, so I confronted him. But he made the excuse of "I was only trying to find an excuse to talk to you." I still don't believe it but whatever. We dated last year but we broke up (I actually kinda forgot why) I said yes to him the da yafter he asked me but all he does is stare at me and poke me? Like wtf? He doesn't even hug me all he does is poke me like what does that mean? Does he actually like me or does he not like me and doesn't know what to do? I need honest opinions. Last year when we dated he would always hug me and kiss me on the cheek and hold hands but now nothing?

So I'm having a party this July but I don't know what to do because I am inviting like 15 people and we can't go bowling and stuff because it's too much money. I want to just have a normal house party and have some pizza and stuff but I don't want them to be bored. Time flies by so I need to know what I'm going to do. Should I just have a movie party? If so, what movies do you recommend? Or is there another type of party that's fun? Water balloon party? Is that too lame for 14 year olds?

There's this guy that I really like but we stopped talking like 2 years ago because I got him really mad and whenever I tried talking to him again he just cursed at me before I could even speak. I used to hear him talking bad about me literally right behind my back like he wanted me to hear or something. But I feel bad for making him mad and getting the wrong impression of me all this time. I really want to apologize but how do I do it out of the blue like that? I think he's had a little change in heart I guess.

But the real question is:

Is it worth it to apologize? I really like him, almost love him.

I really want to get into soccer! I'm 13 and I think I'm a little late to be a pro... so that's why I need to learn as much as possible as fast as possible! I tried learning the basic but I just don't understand anything. It's not clicking into my brain. Can you tell me what the rules are? What the concept of the game is? What I can and can not do? How does the game start out? Someone please help I'm really interested!

So 2 1/2 years ago I had a crush on this boy and I really liked him a lot. But he didn't like me back at all except for one time and that lasted like a month. I got really said and pissy about it and that actually pissed him off even more. So we didn't talk to each other for like a year but during that year I still liked him a lot. And the years passed by me and him literally said only 3 sentences to each other once and a while and I'm not sure if he still thinks I'm annoying or not. I've been crying and crying and crying a lot thinking to myself "Why can't I get a time machine and fix this?" or "Why was I such a weirdo?" but my main question is, why do I still like this boy? Is it because I haven't fully tried to move on? Or maybe because something is telling me to actually make an effort and try and fix things instead of just sitting here moping like a childish baby? I don't know. What do you guys think? Any opinion is welcome.

I literally just now randomly sneezed and blood came out. I just came back yesterday from Mexico and it was really cold there and it's kinda hot where I live (LV NV) So maybe I thought that has something to do with it? I've been sneezing a whole lot since my trip and back. But this hasn't happened before. I don't have any allergies except for one. I'm allergic to the sun. (Don't tell me that's not possible because it actually is.) So why did I sneeze blood? I'm guessing it's because of one of the reasons above.

I am currently 13 years old and started ballet last year. My teacher moved me up to a level 1-B (which means high Beginner.) I have always wanted to go en pointe but I know it will take a long time to achieve my goal. So I was wondering how long it might take me to go on to pointe? I just need an estimation or something. (3-4 years?) I have a good arch, good control, and average turnout.

For 2 weeks now, whenever I'm at dance class and I bend back or something, I feel that my chest is tight . Is that a good thing or bad thing? I'm breathing fine all day everyday. Just whenever I bend back it feels tight and kinda uncomfortable. The tightness goes from the top of my abdominal to the middle. I need some opinions or thoughts please? I'm feeling a bit concerned at this point.

(P.S it's only when I bend backward and I can also breathe fine while I am bending backward.)
