Deferred action and misdemeanors?
After i applied for deferred action and had my biometrics taken, i received a letter from uscis asking for initial evidence regarding two arrests in my record for driving with a revoked/suspended license. There where no other arrests that showed up so i guess they are not concerned about minor tickes. The letter asks for the final disposition in the case and the sentencing if you where found guilty. Also you have to establish whether the offence is qualified as a felony or misdemeanor or any other type of offense. In my case one of the tickets was dismissed and for the other i pleaded guilty and had to pay a $300 fine and do 100 hrs of comunity service. Both of which are done. This was classified as a misdemeanor type A in illinois. I sent this evidence to uscis and i am waiting for reply. Based on this facts how likely is it that my application will be denied?
3 AnswersImmigration8 years agoWhat kind of crime is working with fake documents?
In order to qualify for DACA you must not have commited any serious crimes, however DHS lists employment records as valid evidence for your case. Obviously if u had real documents to work you would not need to apply to begin with. So does this mean that working with fake documenst is criminaly comparable to running a red light?
5 AnswersImmigration9 years agoDo u still have to go back to your country if you get deferred action and marry someone?
If you marry a citizen while you are here illegaly and want to adjust your status you have to go back to your country for 10 years. This can be avoided if you can prove that your departure would cause extreme hardship to the US citizen. However if you get the two year reprieve from DHS would you still be subjected to the 10 year bar when you try to adjust your status through marriage?

1 AnswerCivic Participation9 years agoSelective advantage of poisonous fruits?
Plants benefit from animals eating their fruits because they help spread their seeds. Any animal large enough would do so there is no reason for this mechanism to be some kind of simbiosis with a particular animal. If so why would a plant produce bright colored fruit only to kill the animal that ate it. Or are some plants only deadly to humans?

God is all powerfull therefore he surely can create something even better than himself. Much like humans could one day create more intelligent machines which in turn create even more intelligent machines.....
6 AnswersReligion & Spirituality9 years agoThe bigbang singularity?
If the universe started out as a singularity why did it expand to its current size. Black hole singularities are much less massive and appear to be stable for absurdly long time scales. What made the big bang so different. And is it possible that a singularity could become unstable after it reaches a certain size?
