I am having an issue setting the increment's to .3 F stop (NEW TO THIS) Really I am having a hard time understanding it all together? I was told to set it to .3 increments, and when I looked it up its telling me to go into menu select expo.comp.AEB then select .3??

Any help here would be fantastic so I am able to understand what its actually asking me to do.

so my SD card i use it in my camera i have 2 they have always worked no issue i think its actually my computer maybe? i took the card out of the camera put it in the computer it just keeps telling me its safe to remove the card.... it wont upload anything!!! (i do photography this is important!) so thinking its the card maybe i get my other card put that in and it tells me the same thing!!! WHAT DO I DO????????????????? is there anything i can do to fix this????

ok so i had my son on the 6th :-) and its been one thing after the other i really wanted to breast him due to the fact i was not able with my first son. so things were going really well he took to the boob very good and everything but i had to stop due to an issue he had and only pump for 48hrs then i notice after some time i wasnt making as much? then i went down hill and had to get a cat scan which i had to pump and dump for 48hrs then i got sick and with the meds i took i had to pump and dump some more. now im trying to get him back to the boob but im running into a issue 1. hes not taking the boob as well as he did and 2. i pump twice and got less than 20 ml :-( so i know a little is better than nothing at all but i wanted to know if it will pick back up or am i drying up??? i really wanted to feed him but it seems my boobs gave up?

ok so i went to my OBGYN and i was to get a date for next week to have the baby but when she checked me i was not thinning out at all. i am still 1-2cm. she told me to come back the 3rd and if i am thinning then she would set a date for that week if not i have to wait. I have been going up and down steps as much as i can but all it does is start up my contractions and as we all know if ya are not thin then contractions are just that contractions. i would like info on something SAFE i don't have a giant ball to sit on so i cant do that but if theres something else i can try i would like to hear what your thoughts are. and yes i know SEX...sex and more sex i got it lol. PLEASE only answer if your NOT rude because if you are i will make sure to take care of the comment. Thank you to all that are trying to help.

OK so ill be 37 weeks tomm. i have been having contractions to where my belly is a rock and it will go "soft" for a few mins then go right back to being hard. this has happened yesterday all last night and so far today. i never had this with my first child so this is new to me. i have had the braxton hicks and i know how they feel but this does not feel like them? it does not hurt at all and with my braxtons they hurt a little and took my breath away and i got a tight belly but i knew when they started and ended. this crap thats going on now is just on going. my guy said last night my belly changed shape and does not look the same so im guessing hes down now? but what im asking is should i worry about these contractions? should i keep track or just let them do what they got to do?? i figured well it dont hurt so how and it be real contractions because i remember that for sure with my first child lol. so if anyone has an idea please let me know i rather you not be rude or say something that will make me snap on you this is a place for help and thats what it should be not a place for kids and adults to act stupid. thank you

Ok so my son is 3 and we have tried so many things to get him to go potty like a big boy. the only thing that seems to work is letting him run around naked lol he will go to the bathroom on his own or we will have to say do you have to go potty and he will run in there and do is thing. BUT the issue is he only pees in the potty. there for a little while he was pooping and i made sure to let him know that was a really good thing and i was proud of him. but now he will not poop on the potty but will pee (if hes naked) he will hold his poop all day and as soon as its bed time and i put a pull up on him he poops right away! and will pee as well? i dont want to let him sleep w/o pants on/pull up i dont want him to get cold! and we cant do laundry all the time (due to going to the mat) so that would be a nasty mess!..... I wanted to know if any of you had any ideas for me?? that would help out? We will be having another baby here soon and i really wanted to to be out of diapers by the time the new baby got here. im just not sure how to get him to go???

ok so i have a goal 2 lose 70 pounds im going 2 marry the love of my life soon and i will not walk down like this lol. I understand eat right, eat small, workout and drink lots of water. I do that and thats why im asking for help here! i dont get it if im doing everything right why am i not dropping pounds? before i had our son i could drop weight so easy annd now nothing! its killing me! any of u have any ideas for me?

ok it sounds childish i know but it really hurt my feelings. Me and my ex best friend had a birthday party planned for our 25th birthdays we were going 2 get a dress and just do it up and have a blast! well i was looking on facebook one day and she posted a status saying cant wait for MY 25th birthday party so i responded ur partry or ours? she then said well ours then a few days later she posted one that said going shopping for that perfect dress for my party this upset me because again she called it her party and then was going dress shopping without me because we were both going 2 columbus 2 find one together i sent her another post asking once more her or our party and explained how upset i was about her going without me! so we sent text mes back and forth and in the end i ended our friendship i felt she was selfish and wanteed everything 2 be about her like always! she never said happy birthday 2 me when my birthday came and went and ended up having our party all 2 herself just like she wanted it all eyes on her. So i returned the favor when her birthday came around and didnt say anything 2 her. we were friends for years and i think its silly she cant say sorry or even try 2 talk it out like true friends should i wont say sorry because i feel i did nothing wrong but what do u guys think about it?

ok so i have a 2 year old son so i know fits are going 2 happen a lot! but how do u deal with them? kicks screams yells he will toss himself on the floor and kick and scream ug! so i triend talking 2 him and explaining how thats a no no did the whole time out thing put him in his room and ignored him and even did the good boy sticker chart if hes bad no sticker good he gets one but what else can u do? and dont say beat his *** because thats not going 2 happen most of the time he acts like this in public and my luck if i spank him so bit** is going 2 add her or his 2 cents in and ill have a show down in walmart or something lol so what do u guys think will work?

j.w ur thoughts so i know someone and we are both wondering if she might have cervical cancer ok so she hasnt been 2 the obgyn yet but will soon she just had the end of her period 4 days before this happened and had sex and after she had blood in a large amount not virgin and no the sex was not ruff and the mans junk is well good size but not enough 2 where it would do all that. Guess this issue has happened for 2 months any ideas?

ok so say this person god abused for about 13 years now that this person is older they see their past its like a broken record but it only happens once in a while its like once its forgotten everything seems fine then it plays over and over in this persons mind... When a child cries anger sets in not toward the child this is just one story something this person has to deal with for the rest of her life because one person couldnt treat that once long ago child the way she should have have been treated. Maybe counseling would help maybe not but its not like u can take an eraser and take it all away its still there. The story i know is hard and true and happens more than u really know and its not just a thing where your like oh they see will never remember by the time they get married trust me they will... If ur a parent if u have or ever thought about punishing ur kid think about this or other stories its a life changing experience what are ur thoughts?

ok so i had a child back in 2008 welp what went with that an extra person 2 add 2 me lol i was 210 pounds after all was done and said! i have lost weight and i am down to 190 now! what my issue is... I work out all the time plus i work almost everyday i am a s.t.n.a so you people that know that job its a pretty big work out! i eat right i dont really eat meats unless its Chicken and yes its grilled. I dont eat sweets and i drink green tea or flavored water i dont add real sugar 2 my tea its no cal sugar. So with all of this you would think huh prob should have lost some kind of weight? yeah not one pound! no matter how hard i work out or eat right the weight wont go anywhere but stay with me! do u guys any any idea what i can do? i really want this issue 2 go away lol like most do but what kills me is yeah i did it but im willing 2 do the work 2 lose it and it just feels like im working my butt off for nothing and no i have lost inches :(

ok so i have always had my period for 7 days everything always fine the only time i had missed a period was when i got prago. so... in april at the end of the month i noticed wow i havent started my period so i ran and got a P.T test thinking it was that took it and nothing! so i took the other one about a week and 1/2 later knowing that if i was it would show up that time again nothing? so now that it is may 12 i think lol i started early today but its kinda odd one it starts and stops off and on all day which again my period never does that. i am a student and a mother so someone that i know said it could be due to stress but i was wondering if it could be something else and what you people thought?? plz help thanx

our son is 2 weeks old he has been to the hospital and to the doctors and they said he has colic and we tried advance,soy,alimentum formulas and still not one of them has done a thing for this little man! they said to try sugar water a lot of good that did! his tummy is hard i walk the floor for hours we try to burp him as much as we can he hurts so much! hes not getting any sleep like today it 10:15 pm and he just stopped crying but for who knows how long.. he's been crying all day he started at 2pm this has been about everyday! we have done everything we were told that we should do but for some odd reason nothing is helping him! is there anything else? anyone have a baby with colic and found something that helped them? i hate to see him in pain and know theres not one thing i can do for him all that does is make me cry to see him like this someone plz help!

we took my 11 day old son to the E.R due to him screaming for hours with no sleep all night a few x-rays and a very long sleep-e ride home at 6 am he told us he has colic but never said how you can cure it. is there anyway i can help him out a little?

my son is 7 days old and he never really cries to much just when he wants something and its always to be held,changed,feed,gas... well he has been crying for about 7 hrs off and on but while hes not crying its only for about 3 min's then hes back to screaming.... Its not gas he is always eating and i change him all the time when needed. i thought well maybe he just wants to be with mommy and it didn't work eather should i call his doctor? i just now got him to sleep and i thought i would ask so if you guys can help me out i would love it because hes just making me cry ! i know i shouldn't get upset with him because it don't help but i mean come on 7 hrs? hes making me feel like I'm a bad mommy i have done everything i could think of to help him out and i don't know what else to do!

my cat has been sit-n on the floor with her butt to the carpet and will walk with her front paws and drags her butt on my carpet!!! why does she do this for???

ok so i love the fact that i can feed my child or well that i should be able 2... at first in the hosp- i got him to eat but he got really mad as if iwasn'tt give-n him all the food he wanted so i went to a bottle :( it hurt to see him cry and i knew what it was... then after that as you can tell he has a hard time when i try to feed him he likes the bottle better! but i still want to brest feed.... it makes me feel better and more happy when i seeI'mm eat from the bottle it hurts and makes me want to cry! but i did it... andI'mm just not sure what to do to get him back to the brest... is it a little 2 late? or is there still hope? what can i do to get him back to my brest?
