  • Can a wedding dress with long train be customised to be floor length?

    Hi all,

Most wedding dresses come with a long train(i.e.longer fabric at the back) which I am just not keen on.

So I was wondering if one of those can be customised/ altered to be floor length (I.e. just touching the ground) all the way around?

Or should I just look for one that comes as floorlength?

    Thanks in advance!

  • Where can I get regular/ bootcut coloured jeans (not skinny)!?

    Hey all,

I love the current trend of coloured jeans, I just don't like skinny-fit. Has anyone found them in regular or bootcut, and if so: where?

    Thank you!

  • I have got a (legal) version of Microsoft 2010, which I'd like to re-install (problem with Legacy Groove)?

    Hello.

So as my title suggests I hve got a (legal) version of Microsoft 2010, which I'd like to re-install, but am just not able to. I have been trying for months now (Just gets frustarting and I give up, return a few weeks kater, get frustrated again...)

So, today I have uninstalled all Microsoft Officefiles (I think) as I found that advice on a hekp-site.

Only when I try to re-install Windows 2010 (from CD), I am being told that it can't do this properly, and I need to "uninstall Legacy Groove/ Microsoft Groove Server Software".

I have sofar been unble to do this, despite checking various sites for problem-solving.

Can anyone here help me please???

  • Decathlon shop - anyone got experience of the shop/ quality of the merchandise?

Right, so my skis are getting really old and I am needing to get some new ones. However I can't/ am not willing to pay like four hundred Pounds, so Decathlon, which has a newly opened store near me, is one that I am considering.

To anyone that knows this shop:

    1. What's your experience of it?

    2. Are you happy with the quality of whatever you bought?

    3. Do they do seasonal sales? E.g. winter sale come March/ April?

    Thank you!

  • Visa Waiver/ ESTA/ entry into USA question ?

I just found out that the normal Visa Waiver Programme (for certain nationalities visiting USA as a tourist) is not as straightforward anymore, as now everyone has to apply for ESTA before boarding.

Once your ESTA is approved is it possible to still be refused entry into U.S.? It's just that the questions you need to answer on the application seem to imply that even with ESTA, you might still not be allowed in.

    Help.

Any answers would be much appreciated.

  • What's with dressing up as cutesy characters for Halloween?

I thought you were meant to be at least semi-scary, like a ghost/ vampire/ black cat.

But I see lots of people going for cartoon characters/ indian/ fairytale figures.. What's other people's thoughts on this?

  • Does a crocodile have paws or feet?

I have just noticed the question asked by somone else: "what is the difference between paws and feet", but with the responses to that question I am still not able to deduct whether a crocodile has got paws or feet.

Help would be much appreciated to bring an end to this inter-office discussion.

PS; if you solve it for us; can you present us with a new discussion subject? ;-)
