I am a single mum and recently i applied for a visa for myself and my daughter and i was asked for custody letter. My visa was approved and hers wasnt and I hope to be away for like 6month or 1yr , she stays with my parants. I have no contact with her dad since birth and dont know where he is. My questions, do i have to be present in court in person to apply for custody letter because i am going away. Can it be down without me been around? please any advise would be highly apprecaited.

  • Can someone advise me what to do?

I came to UK to study, the University fee was £6500, after serious struggling and hard work i was able to paid 4250 and pleaded with the uni that i will pay on or after the course as I hope to travel back home to source money. 3wks prior to Examination, i was de-registered from the uni and all effort to get myself back so I could write the exam proved abortive.

I decided to carry on with my life and to forget about all I have spent, including accommodation e t c...The following year, i went to the Uni that I will pay the balance and complete my programme, I was told, I have to pay extra £7700 and not the balance I owe because i defaulted and so I had been charged per module. It was just impossible for me to continue and decided to forget and think of my life.

Recently, the university forwarded my details to a debt collection agency and they have been sending loads of post threats e t c. What do I do? I lost out and no feeling for people. The University ruined my life. No one to talk to. I am frustrated and i am begin to see why people take their lives in the west because they system is crude
