  • Do kids get to say which parent they want to spend Holidays with?

    Or do they have to go by the divorce decree? My kids think I should compromise and split Thanksgiving day with their dad even though I didn't get them at all last year. They lived with me then and our divorce wasn't final and I thought I was being nice by letting him have them. We made the agreement to take turns every other year. They already broke my heart by wanting to move in with him, now they are doing it all over again. Two of them are teenagers, so do they get to say who they are with?
