I was terminated from my job of 7 yrs in April, for accident(s) driving. According to job policy its mandatory for the job to drug test after it, however it was never done. Im not saying im a drug or alcohol user however im thinking possibly this tactic is my defense in winning the appeal in recieving the 8 weeks that they say im disqualified from. However an appeal sometimes can change your status to severe misconduct instead of simple which would disqualify me from benefits completely. If anybody that has a similar experience with this question i would be greatful

My claim date was opened aug14,2011, I tried to claim for last wk ending 8/11 today 8/12, which is 2days before the claim date expiration. It said benefits are no longer available due to my claim exp 8/14. I am a little confused. I have over $3000 in benefits available because I only collect during summer, thanksgiving and xmas break (im a school bus driver) so what im asking is if my original claim was opened 8/14/11 and today is 8/12/12 and im claiming for last wk, why isnt it going threw? The payment would have went in for 8/14/12 but it was for the wk before its expired

Hello, my name is Jennifer, Me my boyfriend and my son just moved into our first apartment May 1st. And it was unfortunate but my boyfriend lost his job of 5 yrs at Fedex and now Im stuck paying for everything. I oly make 1,600 a month and I pay for rent ( I live in NJ) cable, internet, car insurance, food, electric, and my own credit card bills. For the month of June I managed to pay everything by myself without his help, but I just do not feel like paying for a 3rd persons food especially when hes a grown man 27 yrs, and Im 22. So we have a 1 yr lease with this apartment, and I plan to stay but want him out! Is this possible for me to get him off the lease? Hes just the secondary person on it

Its just about every week we hear about a child thats missing, and as A mother of a 1 1/2 yr old boy I just couldnt imagine the feeling of having him go missing. Its got to be the WORST feeling you could have. Dont you think in school starting in kindergarten they should have a self defense class to help educate and lessen the chance of kids getting kidnapped and abducted? I am 21 now and as a child, I just dont remember anyone teaching me what to do if a stranger were to abduct me. Does anyone else feel that if they teach kids this from kindergarten till h.s this would help lessen abductions in america?

Say if I owe almost 2k in credit card debt and other collectors and say I pay it down too $600, in a matter of a couple days, thats $1400 less debt and my current score is 520, how much would it boost up my score in that month?

My credit isnt great about 560, and my income is only about $15 k a year, but my fiancee he has horrible credit but he makes about 25-30k yr. Would we have trouble getting an apartment? Or should we have someone cosign for us? One of my friends said many apartments now are not accepting cosigners, is this true?

I do agree on most that he says and I do watch the news and most of the debates, but one thing I did miss was his look on infanticide. Does anyone else have regrets on voting for him because of that?

it has stains all over it. I guess its just stains from leaning against walls or the car, im not sure but i dont want to throw it out. If i were to bring it to the dry cleaners would they be able to get most of the stains out?

I am new to the Dental field, I am currently taking a dental assisting course and inrolled in state x ray course. My teacher helps us get our first job and I just had an interview for cosmetic dentistry . The Dentist is really nice, I love the office, very clean and comfy and we seemed to have a great conversation in the interview. He had me ask any question I wanted and was very informative. I asked him how the pay is and he asked me what am I looking for? I jokingly said "o please dont ask me that, and started lauphing" I said since im new I dont exspect much, and I asked him what do you start new people off at? And he simply said around $15 and work your way up. Im totally shocked because my teacher said usually they start newbies off around $12-$14. He had me set up a work train interview to see how I am. If I do my best, is that a def that i am hired?

I have this friend that ive been working with for 2 months now. I just went over her house today for the first time. Shes 31 yrs old , with 2 kids and a fiancee. I am 21 and I have a baby and a boyfriend. She was showing me around her house and took me into her bed and started sorting threw her closet and showing me all her shoes then she pulled out a large bag of her lingerie and started showing me it all, lol. Then she lifted up her shirt and showed me her bra and her nipple was practically hanging out and she said she hates when bras shrink after you wash and dry them. Im like OK, i really dont know what to say. Would you say shes bisexual or just very open.

I live in NJ with my son, my boyfriend and his parents. We been getting into huge fights with his dad, and now his dad is only giving us 2 months to move out! Im going to school to become a dental assistant I live in NJ but I do plan on moving down to Florida in the next 2-4 yrs. When I get certified and my xray licends in NJ, what will I have to do when moving to Florida? Am I going to have to take the Florida exam or just get it transfered?

I had my left impacted wisdom tooth removed in feb of this year. And I know they have you sign a form of risks and complications suck as broken jaw, broken or chip teeth, loose teeth, etc. Ever since Ive noticed that one of my molars in the back same side as the impacted tooth feel loose. I have no dental insurance but I dont know what to do about this tooth? Any suggestions?
