So on their site it says "NO DSLRS or detachable zoom lenses" but how about 35 film cameras? I guess as long as it doesn't have a zoom lenses then it would be fine. Wonderinig anyone has taken film cameras in? If I had a smartphone i wouldnt mind, but I shoot mainly in film anyway and dont have a smartphone so would certainly love to take photos during the day

Took a snapshot of the bug critters that is eating our tomato plants. Anyone know what it is? Strong caterpillars with scary faces and a stinger. Also what do you do with them? Kill them? Also how to prevent them from getting on our plants and laying eggs. We found 6 and some eggs, we ended up killing some of them and throwing others far away from our house.

So I'm letting my friend stay in my apartment for the month of july. I wont be living in the apt all summer anyway so might as well sublet, but my lease says we aren't allowed to sublet unless we ask for permission. Would it technically be subleasing if it is a friend staying in my apt for a month or can I just let them know a friend is staying in my apt for a month and it shouldnt be a problem?

I currently have a Canon T3 and have the kit lens of 18-55mm, and a 50mm f/1.8 and am looking to get a telephoto lens! I'm not looking for the $1000 lens, I'm a broke student so perhaps in the future I would. I frequently take photos for the college school newspaper and sometimes sports photos like football, basketball, soccer, baseball, etc. Sometimes auditorium settings where I need a telephoto. I do understand my camera will have that 1.6x crop factor too. Trying to decide on a lot of factors, but perhaps yahoo answers can help me decide! My price range is $200-$500

Trying to find ideas for my graphic design project for school. We have to create something that is invisible, or unseen, and then make a form to make a seen. It could be something simple like photosynthesis, or something deeper like human emotion, or a process of something.

I'm wanting to upgrade from my Olympus E-500 to a Canon. I take photos for the school newspaper and photos at events on a daily basis, so would love to have a canon dslr. Really my price range is 400-800. I asked my teacher once and he recommended the canon t2i. Any other ones out there? I want to spend most of my money on two different lens and have a cheaper body.

Im designing and interface mobile app for my design class, so any app that can push the boundaries that doesnt exist yet, what would you love to have? or better yet, whats your fave app and why too? that can help brainstorm

I was prepharmacy and decided to switch to graphic design. I went through one semester and love/hated it. We had portfolio review and I got in. There was only 11 out of around 40 of us students who made it through. Another friend planned to switch to printmaking and I was determined to make it in, but then towards the end I got really unsure because i'm already a junior and am afraid i'll be stuck in school more than being a 5th year senior and would have bad health like the upperclassmen I've met haha. I wonder, is it worth going through a graphic design degree? or just go with a studio art major degree? I feel lacking because I dont know the programs well or really thought about graphic design before. I work in 2d, 3d, photography, and I dont know what i want to do in my future. All i know is I want to work in advertising, with businesses, with fun community projects etc. A senior designer said it wasn't worth going through. He said to save money and teach yourself. My roommate insists I go with studio, since she said she knows studio artists who do design work. Input?

Above are links to what I want it to be like. 3 boxes on top of each other, but the middle is a display box for my product instead. But what I want to know is how in the world, do i make the top and bottom box spin? what materials / tutorials/ etc anything can I use? it has to be cheap things and easy for me to do. I need to change the darker darker red in the background or any of those tables in the background?

I want to change the background (that dark red color) to a more lighter color, and then the body (that light salmon color with the text and photos) I want to make it more orangeish.

Honestly I need lots of help with this site but im having to google and all which never helps.

I have tried changing it in the .css file but it just stays the same, so I dont understand what to do in order to make it change. It doesn't seem to want to change anything.

In the US, it is not fun to be underage =[ there are a lot of clubs around my area that at 21+ and mainly, i just want to go in and dance. I'm 20, i'm so close to that age, but it really sucks waiting when you have 21+ friends and you are the only 20 year old. I actually am a citizen of Thailand and the US, haha. and if I could get a fake id from thailand, it would be magically useful in the US. I know thailand has fake everything too as I have been there. I go there with family, so there isnt quite discreet.

^^^ the links at top on the header are squished together and not spaced. It has happened before but it fixed itself, but this time is isnt? I have been messing with the website to try to figure out how to change the background color and everything, but i dont quite understand wordpress yet and the css itself wont change or anything. Any ideas on how to make the links spced out and to make it bigger and bolder????

I have an Olympus E-500 with lens 14-45mm f/3.5-5.6 and lens 40-150mm f/3.5-4.5 and i also have a film Nikon 50mm camera with lens that goes up to 210mm. I've never taken photos for a concert because well, they never allow my DSLR in, haha. But I actually got asked to go to Camp Bisco (in NY) its a 3 day festival. I'm wondering what are some tips to take into account when taking concert photography, especially in low light and all with the kind of camera I have? I ordered some more batteries and memory cards. I know this concert is like an electronic type where there will be tons of light shows. Hmm, any tip, or anything would be helpful. How should the WB be? Iso? aperture? which setting? use flash? etc?

Ever been? Any tips on packing, what to expect, etc? I have NEVER been to a festival that lasts 3 days..X_X i got asked to take photos for this blog. I just have no idea what to expect. How does one shower? or not? or what food to bring? etc?
